All in all it was a great place the kids loved it. Needed improvements possibly get overflowing trash can gone prior to new guests arrival, Make sure propane for the grill is full we didn’t have any propane to grill, give instructions on pool due to a vacuum hose for pull cleaning was connected, better cook ware you can not cook o Stainless steel everything sticks. Other than that the house and atmosphere was great

We needed 5 bedrooms suitable for 5 adults who wanted their own rooms at a reasonable price. This house nicely fit the bill. We were on a golf trip at Desert Mountain. Everywhere we went was a 15-20 minute drive. That was heaven! But North Scottsdale was also only 15 minutes away had we wanted to go there. Safety was a consideration and we felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. All in all perfect for our needs!

So much great stuff. Gary and Jennifer were great, attentive hosts. The house is beautiful and we loved the game room, which kept nine adults and adult children entertained. Two things that would have made it a five star…the weather was amazing, but the non-heated pool meant we couldn’t use it (way too cold); spotty wi-fi made it tough to connect throughout the house. Don’t let that stop you from booking. Just know if those things are important to you.

Fun time, wonderful house!

Perfect place to hang out during July 4th. Owners were very responsive. Game room and pool were just what we needed for our family time together to visit our 91-year-old mother/grandmother who very much appreciated the separate casita!

This place was an absolute gem for our Mom's birthday and a truly memorable family gathering. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the inviting pool, and when we needed to escape the sun, the spacious game room provided endless entertainment for everyone.The location is also a major plus, as it's conveniently situated near a wide variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. The host, Gary was easy to communicate with and he was incredibly accommodating to our needs, ensuring our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Great location...Large, Roomy and Comfortable Ranch

Overall great home for our Golf escape...easy access, large rooms. We enjoyed the rec room, pool, shuffle board and poker table which is a converted garage. Outdoor pool is just the right size to cool off and enjoy plenty of seating in and out of the sun. Plenty of streaming TV's everywhere. Gary(owner) was responsive and the experience was excellent! Book and enjoy!!
