Great apartment w/ Beach view & Heather pool.

Enjoy the new renovation complete a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from either the living room or walkout balcony. This fully furnished 3 floor condo is directly overlooking the pool in front and beach in the back. In the bedroom you will find two queen size bed, dresser, night stand and TV with internet and large walk in closet.
The other option is a new and comfortable sofa bed perfect for guest or Childs. The Pool was renovated in Jan 2023. Also Additional Storage( locate in the parking lot door # 305) for chairs, umbrellas and much more beach item also you an used for anything that you need in your stay. WE PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS.

Enjoyable stay.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had numerous amenities to make the stay there easier including a washer/dryer, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker among others. The pool was very nice and it was easy to access the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available for use at the beach. Would stay there again.

Nice property in a good location

The property manager was very responsive to any questions and very graciously worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. Great walking distance to the boardwalk. Would stay here again.

Nice Stay at Madeira Beach

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location. Minutes drive or bike ride to St. John's Pass. We rented bikes and biked on the beach, which was a lot of fun. I also appreciated the use of the owners' beach chairs and umbrella. Beach is incredible and pool was nice too.

Stay was very nice. Condo was very clean and has been updated. While there is washer and dryer located in public area would have been nice to have access to washer and dryer in condo. Otherwise stay was very nice.

Week getaway.

The condo was a very nice place to stay. Easy access to the beach. The pool was heated and nice. They had a lot of needed amenities already there. The kitchen was fully loaded. The beach cart had chairs , umbrella, toys and everything you need for the beach. Parking was very simple and easy. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

This property was clean and comfortable. The beach was just across the street with easy access. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. We had almost everything we needed. A broom and dust pan would have helped us keep things more tidy during our stay. More dish towels. A washer and dryer in the unit would have made it perfect- even though there is one available by the pool. Over all, I would definitely come back. A very nice place!

Enjoyable stay!

We had a lovely stay at this condo, it was very clean when we arrived and spacious. It was easy to walk to the beach every day with access just across the road and the owner provided some beach things that you can use. It is on a road, so sitting on the balcony can be noisy at times, but not impossible. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you should need. There is a laundry facility on the property, accessible until late, just need quarters! Pool is also nice and plenty of places to sit. There were enough restaurants to choose from and John’s Pass within walking distance. Supermarkets within 5 min drive as well.

Madeira Beach

The property was nice and clean and modern and close to the beach, however, during our time it was quite quiet in the area so not much to do after 8:30 PM, with regards to the actual condo, the shower, in the main bathroom( there’s one shower) is a bit tricky and I was actually burned first time, it’s scalding hot to hot to hottest with no cold options so that was difficult to navigate, the door to the balcony was also a pain to navigate, it was very hard to open, and was and should have been tended to so guests can enjoy the balcony. My number one issue was the beds were very very uncomfortable and the bedding is very uncomfortable as well, I would expect better mattresses and much more comfortable bedding. Overall, location and cleanliness was good however these other things definitely need to be upgraded. The bed is the most important part of the stay so would be smart to invest in proper mattresses and proper upgraded bedding as well. I want to note, owner allowed us early check in, which we appreciated! Just want to be fair, the place is quite nice, great location, just needs to be updated with proper bedding and mattress and update the other issues and it would be great.

Thank you for your review. We each take it very seriously. I am very sorry that the mattresses are not according to your needs but they are new, a bed of 3 months and the other was changed just two days before your arrival, so you were the first to use it. As for the balcony, it has two doors to be able to open it, it is possible that the door that was closed to its use was used there, which is the left. The bedding is new too. The water in the shower the first time can be very hot since since it is not used it is maintained daily only when there are guests, it may be that this was the reason. In general, as you mentioned, the apartment was completely remodeled only 3 months ago. On the other hand, it is good to know that you enjoyed your stay and were able to enjoy all that Madeira has to offer. Best regards

Awesome Place!

This apartment was incredibly clean, well-supplied and very tastefully done. No cheap stuff here, everything in the rooms were top of the line and the pool and facilities were fabulous. We were there in the summer so maybe not as crowded as usual, but it was awesome to have the large pool to ourselves on a few occasions and we never felt like it was really crowded. Even the beach, which is easily accessible across the street, wasn't too crowded. A couple of nice places to eat within walking distance. Just a great stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Place

Appliances are new. Extremely clean. Beach access is easy. Only suggestion is a lamp in the living room for reading and the hot water heater needs to be turned down. Still a 5 star place.

Condo was spacious and very clean!! The beach was right across the street and close to almost everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this as a rental. Plus host was very attentive when I reached out to him with several inquiries.
