Enjoy the Serenity of the Black Hills in this spacious, custom built 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom home. Designed with you in mind and furnished with all the essentials to ensure a relaxing retreat. Nestled in the northern Black Hills of South Dakota, Powder House Pass has direct access to state Snowmobile Trails and close proximity to ATV trails. In addition, there is access to the Nationally Recognized Mickelson Trail with 110 miles of walking and biking trails. Minutes from the Terry Peak ski area, Lead and Deadwood, it is truly a year-around destination for people of all ages. One of the perks of staying in Powder House Pass is that you will have complimentary access to the Community Building with meeting rooms, a kitchen, game room and outdoor patio with a year round heated pool and fire tables. A second larger unheated swimming pool and splash pad are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day! Please reach out for current hours of operation and building rules.

Family Getaway

Beautiful home with everything you would need in a vrbo. Easy contact with manager. Very clean. Some locations have ridiculous rules but these owners have reasonable and fair expectations for both the owner and the guest. Definitely a Yes!

Easter family gathering!

We had an amazing stay. Each family has its own room and bathroom. Older kids had their own room. 14 people, never on top of each other. it was relaxing, amazing time. Plenty of room for outside games as bucket golf, which the whole family loved. Ping pong table in the garage with lots of tournaments that happened with the kids. This was an amazing stay, we will book again if we all can get together again, as everyone is growing up!!! Thank you to the home owners, this was wonderful...

The property was very clean and had everything you could need. It was very spacious and was nice to have several bathrooms. It was a accommodating for the entire family!

Awesome home to rent

Family and friends stayed here for 2 nights. 19 total people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very, very, nice place! I would recommend this home to anyone.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay and vacation. The house met our families needs. It was fantastic that each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Our three children stayed with their families. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well equiped and the Blackstone and grill were a bonus.

Definitely recommend!

House was plenty big for our group of 12. Definitely had more of the extras than the numerous other houses we’ve stayed at. Extra toothbrushes, makeup wipes, garbage bags supplied, etc. We loved the location and the set up of this house. We’d stay here again.

Home was everything as advertised plus some. New development in close proximity to Terry Peak Skiing and downtown Deadwood. If you have any doubt, just book it, you won't be disappointed.

AMAZING!

This place was everything and more! We enjoyed the house so much! There was plenty of space for our party of 10 adults and 10 kids. We didn’t feel cramped at all. There were lots of activities for the kids, they loved the heated garage with all the yard games. I would absolutely book this place again!

Awesome experience

The house was awesome. Everything we need was provided. The rooms and bathroom are adequately spaced. Love the interior and the ambiance. Also the response from the contact person was very fast. We will definitely come back.

Perfect for our youth group trip!

This property was perfect for our youth group trip. We had 11 teens and 3 adults and everyone had their own space. The hot tub was also a big hit with the kids!

Birthday/Ladies weekend

We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday with family and a few friends (all ladies). The cabin was amazing. There was plenty of room and we loved all the bathrooms to accommodate everyone. We spent a night out in Deadwood and had two nights for games and food at the cabin. It was a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay again.

Snowmobile Getaway

This home was wonderful for our group. 5 large bedrooms for the adult couples and large bunkroom for the kids. Plenty of space for all of us (5 Families). The location was great as well. Right in then middle for going to town and getting to Trails Head Lodge to access the snowmobile trail. Parking is limited with tucks and trailers, but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.
