Step inside and on the first floor, you are greeted by the two bedrooms down and a custom, built-in twin and twin trundle nook. The first bedroom is a luxurious queen primary with a pencil-post bed, a sofa lounger, luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The private primary bathroom is to die for. This expansive marble bathroom has a single vanity, mounted flat-screen television, a deep soaker tub, and a glass-enclosed marble walk-in shower with a rain shower head and wand. There is a door that leads to a grand enclosed outdoor shower with a rain shower head, a rain shower wand, and a custom, built-in bench. This outdoor spa-like shower is the perfect spot to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

Adjacent is the open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen. There is an incredible chef’s kitchen with a marble center island that seats four.
