Eversong is one of the larger two-bedroom quest cottages with a prime private Seaside, Florida location on Tupelo Circle and only 361 feet to the beach access. This is a perfect young family home cottage with a king primary bedroom and very spacious open living areas.

Arrive and find the gate off of Tupelo Circle and its Gazebo and walk down a very private brick fenced walkway to your guest cottage. Step inside to the open bright airy foyer and find two bedrooms down. To the right is the first bedroom, a king primary suite complete with a dresser, comfortable chair, built in shelving, two small closets and a flat screen TV. There is a renovated ensuite bath with a deep soaker tub and a quartz single vanity. (tub only) The adjacent second bedroom across the foyer is a perfect young kids bedroom featuring two twin bunks sleeping four in all with its own ensuite bathroom as well. This renovated ensuite bathroom features a single glass enclosed walk-in shower as well as a single vanity. (shower only)

Off the foyer stairs lead to the second-floor combined open living areas all with a lot of natural light and a very generous open living room. The renovated kitchen has a beachy vibe with retro fun coffee maker, toaster, blender and more. The kitchen has been updated with built in custom cabinets, quartz counters, a ships chandelier light, four burner electrical stove top, dishwasher, and fridge. This home has all the cookware and serving pieces you need to enjoy family meals at home after long sun filled beach days. Across from the kitchen is the central dining area what comfortable seats six. The adjacent large open living room is surrounded by a wall of windows that lead to the open-air porch, a large sofa and additional club chair seating for four more. There is a large mounted flat screen TV with a Sonos sound bar perfect for catching the game or a family movie night in. Climb out onto the open-air porch via a large window and enjoy a bench swing and Adirondack seating overlooking the wooded Rosewalk Park just outside the rear of your cottage.

Additional bonuses off the kitchen include a full-size stackable washer and dryer as well as a half bath. Off the rear of the home is a sandy foot path that leads to the hidden Seaside secret gem, Rosewalk park a shaded park perfect for the kids to run and play.
