Avec un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et de grands espaces de vie extĂ©rieurs, cette maison est spacieuse et confortable pour jusqu'Ă  4 personnes. Profitez de la vue sur le parc Cerulean depuis le porche grillagĂ© ou couvert. La suite King Master comprend son propre balcon enveloppant pour plus d'intimitĂ©!

La suite principale de luxe dispose d'un lit king-size, de draps élégants et de beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle. La salle de bain privative comprend une double vasque et une douche combinée avec baignoire de jardin. Great place!

Pictures were very accurate. Great location and wonderful amenities at Watercolor. Will definitely stay at the resort again and would consider this property due to its proximity to everything.

Great location, good for 2 adults and maybe 1 child

.the second “bedroom” is extremely small and if you close the doors it’s claustrophobic, luckily there was a box fan for ventilation.

Perfect Little Spot

Great accommodations long weekend during 30A Songwriters Festival. Clean, well stocked with the essentials and conveniently located. Shutters came lose and banged one night in a storm but other than that it was a pleasant. Looks like they are doing some repairs to the exterior of the bldg but did not negatively impact our visit

Lovely condo

Great condo for two people. Was billed as a two bedroom, but the second bedroom was tiny with no closet or storage. It was darling, but it wouldn’t have been suitable for a second couple.

Very nice property

Great location, friendly staff, nice accommodations. Only complaint was how small the second bedroom was (only a bed fits in there)and it was just off the kitchen so it was easy to wake people up in the morning by accident . Perhaps I didn't appreciate that on the description or photos, but that didn't seem clear on the website. Decks were nice and the bikes coming with the property were great. The Doors to the back deck were not working properly, but nothing that decreased the fun. Overall a great spot and property.

Perfection

We loved our stay at this condo! First, the condo’s location is great - a short stroll to downtown Seaside and even closer to Watercolor. Second, the property manager was so helpful and accommodating. They even dropped off an extra wrist band to us during the middle of our stay, and they were always available by text to ask questions. The condo was as charming as could be, in excellent condition, and well stocked. We loved being able to include our dog in our vacation, as well. Having access to the amenities of Watercolor, including the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor, made our vacation even more fun and special. We can’t wait to visit again! A hallmark of a good time is when you’re already looking at dates to book again, and we are doing that now!

Wonderful location!

We absolutely adored our stay in Watercolor at this condo! The location was absolutely fantastic, situated just across the street from the beach club and within close proximity to numerous shops and delightful restaurants. The condo itself was spacious and offered a great layout. While it would benefit from some repairs and updates, these minor issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment. The cushions on the furniture had a few tears, the french door leading to the patio wouldn't lock properly, and the cabinets showed signs of wear. However, we found the management company to be incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had. The only slight drawback we experienced was the placement of the community dumpster, which unfortunately was picked up before 6 am every day during our stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, our time at the condo was truly memorable and we cherish the wonderful memories we made there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to watercolor for 14 years now . This unit is very small and outdated. The 2nd bedroom has only a bed in it. There is no closet . There are no drawers. The kitchen is outdated and needs new appliances at the very least. The master bathroom is also very outdated. The location is great and the unit was clean however, due to the above items I would not recommend renting this unit .

Rep said she would bring hangers following morning. NEVER heard from rep again. Patio door lock not functional. While lock appears to be on, door can be easily pushed from the outside to gain entry. Outdoor shutter hanging on by just ONE hinge. Unit needs broom. Above all, unit needs a definite toilet paper upgrade. Master bed ruffle needs cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we always enjoy coming down to 30-A as we have over 20 years, this unit was by far the most run down of any of our vacation rentals. The floors, blinds, appliances and bathrooms need attention. Overall, the unit is outdated. I had to request that the front door be cleaned as it was filthy upon our arrival. It was promptly cleaned. The television was next to impossible to figure out how to find stations. The location of the unit is very close to the beach club which is nice so I hope the owner or 360 Blue will give this condo and the entire building the attention it deserves.

Amazing Condo!

We’ve stayed in the Watercolor community many times, but this trip/property is our favorite. Great, clean, nicely appointed condo with super convenient access to the beach club, beach, and Cerulean park. Will definitely stay here again!
