À propos de cet hébergement

Merci de vous intéresser à notre magnifique condo d'une chambre entièrement rénové, d'une salle de bain à quelques pas de la plage! Il est à distance de marche d'une tonne de bons restaurants, de maisons de crabe, de charcuteries, de sous-magasins et de nombreux bars. Nous sommes juste en face du Palais des Congrès, ce qui est génial si vous y organisez un événement, mais c'est encore mieux pour nous, adorateurs du soleil car notre plage n'est jamais très fréquentée!

Avec des équipements comme une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une laveuse, une sécheuse, la climatisation centrale, 2 grandes télévisions à écran plat, le Wi-Fi gratuit, un ensemble de terrasses en poly et un parking hors rue disponible pour une voiture, qui ne voudrait pas passer ses vacances ici !

Comfy Condo

LoBoShack was a awesome stay Gina is a wonderful host and had everything covered. We were very happy with our stay , it was a rainy cold weekend and we didn’t care about staying in. It felt like home . Can’t wait to return.

Wonderful weekend at the beach in adorable condo

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Gina was an exceptional host. She reached out to check on us during our stay. The condo was well kept, clean and adorable beach decor. My girls and I truly enjoyed this place and will be back soon. Thank you Gina for being a great host!

Perfect for our quick getaway!

The condo was perfect for our quick getaway. It is exactly as pictured… beautiful and very clean! Super cute decor, and a cozy place to stay. Prime location for a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Gina was amazing with communicating and always responded quickly. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Great place!!

The condo was updated and VERY clean. Had many essentials- beach chairs, extra blankets, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The owner is so sweet and extremely responsive! We will be back!

Great stay in OC

We were in town for the Oceans Calling festival. Gina's place is exactly as described. Very clean and within walki g distance to some good restaurants and bars. In fact we walked to the inlet two times during our stay with no issues. Definitely would book here again!!

Absolutely beautiful , cozy and comfortable

I had the best experience at this property! It was updated very nicely. Decorated so cute , I felt right at home. Gina had lots of odds and ends that were avails for use that we didn’t even think of! Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and jolly Roger’s! Overall very impressed! I will definitely be back!

Amazing girls reunion

The place was absolutely beautiful inside and very well kept. Gina the owner was so easy to work with and was incredibly responsive. The unit was so clean and had everything that was needed for our getaway. The location was perfect on 41st street. It was within walking distance of restaurants and bars and not too far from the inlet/boardwalk. It was a short distance to the beach and had a beautiful view. Her neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Relaxing Beach Weekend!

This home was perfect for a relaxing beach weekend. So close to the beach and with a nice kitchen for us to cook our meals and enjoy our time inside. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Everything we expected and more! Would definitely stay again.

The Condo was beautiful and very well maintained. Host was very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Location was perfect for us. My kids loved being close to the beach. We will definitely visit again!

Great Location and Host!

Excellent place to stay and the host, Gina, is very responsive and kind. Location is perfect with lots to do and just steps from the beach. We stayed in October and even with a rainy weekend had a wonderful time. Hoping to return next year!

Oceanblock Midtown condo

I'm happy to confirm that this condo is clean, remodeled, and with all the necessary amenities, across from Convention Center and within a very short walk to the beach. The washer and dryer set need repair/replacement. Everything else is top notch. Giving it a five-star rating overall and would definitely recommend it to others who consider visiting OC.

End of the summer retreat

This condo was newly updated and clean. We loved the decor, and the owner had ample housekeeping supplies available. Access was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean upon check in and the smell was amazing (I could not figure out what smelled so good). From the decor to the comfort to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was top notch. There were tv’s in the living and bedroom. The walk in shower and double shower heads were amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

A magical beauty!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from your patio outside. The place was stunning, clean very spacious had all the amenities you could think of so you didn’t have to bring it all. it was just hands down fabulous! The property owner Gina was hands down amazing! Very sweet and just a pleasure to talk to. Thanks so much again Gina for the magical stay we will be back next year!

We are the LoBianco family of 4. My dream was to one day own a place in OC and it has come true, it is our small slice of heaven and we just love it! This is our second home and we take pride in how it looks and how it is taken care of! My family loves the beach, crabs and the Ocean. I love the sun, my daughter loves the surf shops, my son loves to boogie board and my poor husband is usually making sure everything is working and perfect for our renters!! (He does get to enjoy it too) .
