Stylish home, recently renovated in an urban setting close to downtown Greenville and the Village of West Greenville. And you can watch the transformation on a popular TV show! ;-) Everything in the home is new, while still maintaining vintage charm with mid-century decor. Enjoy views of the historic Woodside Mill while you relax on the large back deck, read in the hammock, or roast marshmallows in the copper fire pit. We are close to some of the area's most popular restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and attractions.

A hidden gem

Alison's house is a great combination of cool artistry and cozy comfort. Everything was wonderful and I would recommend it for a fun get-away. The decor is GREAT, Alison communicates quickly and clearly, and I wish that we'd had more time to enjoy this listing.

Comfortable Cute Vrbo

We only stayed for the night , but having two kids ; I loved that there was a room sat up just for them and I didn’t have to stress ! Definitely recommend.

Perfect for our needs

We came to Greenville for a wedding and wanted some place close to the venue and comfortable. The owners description of the place was spot on and met our expectations.

Visiting family for a long weekend

Conveniently located to town, bright and clean. Loved the smart home home features. Check in was super smooth and communication with our host was great. Bonus the shower was fantastic.

Nice quite neighborhood. Cute little bungalow style home. Perfect for the two of us. We looking to be close to downtown and we certainly were. Would recommend staying here.

Weekend getaway

Great cozy home. Short distance to downtown and restaurants and to parks. Was in a transitioning neighborhood. But very peaceful and well lit.

I want to move in

This home is so cozy and was perfect for my family of four. We were in town for a swim meet at the Greenville County Aquatic Center. We enjoyed playing the games they had at the house, and the eucalyptus in the shower. We defnitely hope to stay, here, again when we're back in town for a meet.

The house was very clean and well stocked! Fun to watch the transformation of the house on TV! Close to greenway (Swamp Rabbit Trail), and downtown isn't far either!

A GREAT choice

Impeccably clean. Wonderful accommodation for a couple or a family with up to 2 kids. Located close to downtown, it is convenient to most anywhere you wish to go in Greenville. Nice patio with grill...we sat out and had coffee there on Sunday morning. Highly recommended!

Pretty good

Location was only about a 6-7 minute drive and parking was much easier than we anticipated. Very clean property. The only thing we missed was a microwave for our leftovers. Alison is great and very responsive. Overall a really nice stay!

My son's 16th Birthday

Excellent. Even though the property is in anup and comings neighborhood, we felt very secluded. The yard is amazing. The house is decorated very nice. And the location was very close to downtown. Communication was great. We look forward to staying again.

Nice quiet place!

My stay here was great! There were a few minor things, such as the location of the microwave ( it was locate to high for me). Also, the lock on the bedroom door did not seem to work. Other than those minor issues, everything else very inviting, and accommodating! I will definitely stay here again!

Cute Clean House But Bad Neighborhood

The renovated home is cute and well equipped inside. Comfortable furnishings and plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Outside furniture on patio is really dirty and could use washing and/or replacing so we did not use. I am giving a lesser rating because the neighborhood is in a bad area. We had our bikes locked to the deck and someone cut it and one bike was stolen. A nearby local as well as an uber driver both warned us of safety in the area prior to the theft so perhaps we should have put our bikes inside. Hindsight. Regardless the house is adorable but just be aware that walking anywhere near is not suggested and be aware of your surroundings.

Adorable Home Perfect for Girl's Get Away

This is an adorable home that was a fantastic spot for a girl's trip to Greenville. The home is clean, bright and looks like it belongs in a design show (oh that's right, it was in one!). We didn't do any cooking but the home was well equipped with what we needed, including towels, paper products, etc. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck chatting after a fun day exploring Greenville. The location was great for ease of getting into the tourist section of town, and it was quiet and felt safe at night. Alison was very easy to work with - great communication and flexibility with arrival time. Recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay while in town.

Cute Cottage

The house is adorably decorated and very clean. The microwave was an issue because it’s inaccessible for a short person. I suggested to the host to move it down. We had to contact the host twice and she promptly responded. The first time was just about Wi-Fi. The other time was because we locked ourselves out, which won’t be an issue for future guests because the handle was promptly changed. Gracious host, nice stay.

i'm sorry ...house cute BUT

I thought the look of house very cute decorated nicely but most renters want a TV in each bedroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( we went and bought fans ,so it wouldn't be so hot at night) , tried to lower thermostat but apparently automatically goes back to original setting after a certain time. Got there couldn't find microwave anywhere till 2nd day and you had to be at least 6 foot tall or more because it's above the refrigerator , so to use it you had to stand in a chair. We had a problem with ants in the house, none of the doors in the inside of house would stay closed because they were too small for the door frame. The batteries in the remote were dead so had to go buy batteries to watch tv. The hammock was broken. The kureig machine had mold/mildew in the water contain had to clean that a couple of times. Then come to find out after watching you redo the house on first time fixers , I understood , on the show ..ya'll stole someone brand new cabinets and put them in the closet in the kids room...you could hear the people in the background as you took them saying , they are stealing our brand new cabinets...there's way too much more .But needless to say won't be staying there again. Definitely didn't feel safe in neighborhood.Oh if you have more than 2 people theres really no where to sit to watch the only tv because the couch barely fit the 3 people we had.

Cute home in a growing area

The interior of the home was cute and well updated. The beds were comfy and all of the amenities were great. A few cons were that there was someone’s birth control left in the fridge and then there was a fight nearby outside at night that was a little scary. I’m not sure it’s priced where it should be yet given the location. Beautiful redone though!

Perfect Getaway

We had a terrific stay in this restored house with great views of the old Woodside Mill. Owners have this property in great shape. Super Cozy. Would definitely stay here again!
