Appartement de deuxième étage (1350 SF) dans une maison unifamiliale complètement mise à jour est ouvert et aéré et rempli de lumière. La rénovation de la tête aux pieds comprend des appareils neufs, des matelas en mousse à mémoire de 12 po refroidis au gel, une élégante cuisine et des éléments de la maison d'origine: foyer en brique apparente et moulures (tête de lit) et balustres (chevets). Lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse et stationnement. À cinq pâtés de maisons de Fluor Field et du Swamp Rabbit Trail, vous serez à proximité de tous les festivals artistiques, musicaux et gastronomiques de Greenville. Excellent place to stay!

Lois was an incredible host! She baked us muffins upon our arrival, give great tips on the area, let us check out late, and was as kind as can be. The house was perfect for our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! Perfect walking distance to downtown.

Great location for downtown exploring

We traveled to Greenville with our 3 and 5 year old. My husband had to work downtown which was about a 20 minute walk for him. We walked to a Drive game and otherwise we were able to drive, in a week we used less than a 1/2 tank of gas, that's how close it was to everything! The VRBO was better than the pictures and Lois was an excellent host, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable! We said several times that we would like to come back and stay in this VRBO. Thanks Lois for a great stay and for making our week top-notch!

Wonderful place to stay

Lois goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. She offers fresh baked goods and pointers on the area. The unit is decorated with artistic touches and fully stocked with food and paper goods, that she encourages the use of without worries of replacing anything. The area is walkable to several shops and restaurants, as well as the downtown park and falls. If you intend to venture out and explore by auto it is a perfect location central to many different smaller towns and areas. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again the next time that we are in Greenville.

Girls Weekend-Christmas Edition

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here for the weekend. The location was ideal for visiting downtown and easy to access I-385, when necessary. The property was exactly as described and very clean and well maintained. Lois met me when I arrived and went over everything to insure we had everything for our stay. She even called some of her friends to help answer questions about some locations we wanted to check out on our visit. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Greenville, SC.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

Can't say enough great things about Lois, the space, and the location. Beautiful, well-appointed, extremely clean & comfy artistic space in a cute neighborhood. Great location w/in walking distance of the ballpark and even downtown if you're up for a good walk after dinner. Lois was a delight and wonderful communicator. Can't recommend enough and this will be the first place we check when returning to Greenville.

Lois is an amazing host! Her attention to detail and the cleanliness of her property is amazing! The gardens are beautiful! We came to Celebrate my sister’s life and she was so kind and helpful! Gave us some amazing suggestions! She also has her property stocked with staples in the kitchen and invites you to partake of them! Brings fresh baked muffins! And has any toiletries on hand in both bathrooms! If you forgot she definitely has you covered! If I was her neighbor we would definitely be friends ! She is inspiring, artist it’s and just a genuine person!♥️

Awesome Host and an Amazing Property

The location, amenities, and host were simply exceptional. The property is well maintained, with lots of extra items in the kitchen saving time and expense. Super friendly host with a deep understanding of the local area. The sole issue is access requires two separate flights of stairs. Not an issue for us but something to know in advance. The host has installed commercial quality handrails up to the front porch and the interior stairs are well done with very sturdy handrails.

Perfect clean cozy spot

This place is perfect- we really enjoyed our stay. The space is bigger than it looks, and spotlessly clean. Fun neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants- and the trolly stops nearby to go downtown (also walkable if you're up for it). Lois was very helpful with suggestions - and even made us muffins! Place was well stocked with spices, basics, even drinks in the fridge- toiletries as well. We will definitely be back, best vrbo experience we have had. Thanks!

Great time in Greenville

The house is located on a pretty street in a walkable neighborhood - close to the west village, Unity Park, and main street. Our upstairs unit was decorated in a way my sister and I found inviting and appealing - high ceilings, good lighting, modern art, comfortable beds, great kitchen, plenty of space. Lois answered all questions quickly and was a wonderful source for local restaurants and events (be sure to check out the Peace Center calendar of events). We thoroughly enjoyed February in Greenville.

Beautiful, spacious and very well stocked

My husband, daughter (31) and I stayed here in order to gather with my family. We had representation from 4 states (NC, SC, AL and CA) all in different vacation rentals. There was plenty of room for everyone, 15 in all, to gather and catch up and just to enjoy. The apartment is upstairs and has very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking aid we needed. Lois was very quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to downtown and the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is a must if you visit Greenville. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great spot!

We were really impressed with this beautiful property. I don't think the pictures do it justice. It's an apartment above the owner's home. It's very spacious and decorated in a fun, creative way that really reflects the owner, who is an artist. Lois was very kind and communicative. There were some groceries waiting for us, which was so helpful since we got in after dinner and we didn't have time to get to the store before breakfast. Highly recommend! One note - the second bed in the smaller bedroom is a mattress you pull out from under the bed. It worked fine for my kids so they didn't have to be in the same bed but nothing fancy.
