This was a nice place to stay. It was close to everything that we planned on going to in Greenville. The owner was also helpful and communicated very well!
Nothing fancy, just an old cottage in a working class neighborhood⊠but OK for what we wanted it for⊠a place to sleep after a day at the art festival.
We took a quick 1-night trip to Greenville, and this place was perfectly located to enjoy the Greenville neighborhoods and downtown area. Would definitely stay again!
We wanted a place convenient to downtown for a weekend visit with family and old friends and Renny's neat, tidy house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. Renny was very helpful in making our stay smooth and easy.
This home was absolutely charming. Very very clean and spacious for our family. The location was perfect for travel to downtown and Haywood Rd. Renny was quick to respond. We loved it!
We visited family in Greenville and this house was great for six young adults and our small dog. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located to our favorite places in the area. The road the house is located on can be busy, and it was difficult at times to get in and out of the driveway (we had 2 cars). The lockbox was also quite odd. Lastly, the bedroom with the twin bed is in a section that appears to be added on to the home, and not connected to central AC. The room was very very cold overnight (temps were in the 30s). We found a space heater that helped, but it was surprising that one of the bedrooms didnât seem to have heat.
