Fantastic place

Although our trip was for business. It was perfect for location and we felt at home. We would love to come back for a getaway sometime in the near future. Neighbors were very cordial as well. Thank you to the owners for making our stay a success.

Labor Day Getaway

This was our second Labor Day staying at the Captain's Quarters and it was just as much fun as the first time. Everything was clean, we had the utensils, games, and other necessities provided for us and the backyard was a beautiful view! We enjoyed fishing and relaxing as a family.

Peaceful vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Spent some quality family time. Property is conveniently located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustin. Very spacious and comfortable for family of all ages.

This stay was awesome! The home was clean and big, the beautiful water behind the property allowed my husband and father in law to fish for hours and the view was amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

This place checks all the boxes for Fishing enthusiasts and families looking for a great beach vacation! Captains Quarters was soo fun and comfortable. Convienient to several beaches, restaurants, shopping. We will definitely be back!

Great house with a dock!

We really can’t say enough about the owners… They were so helpful and accommodating and so easy to work with. The house was great, just as you see in the listing. We especially loved spending time on the back dock, enjoying the view and doing some fishing. It was also such a great central location! Overall we had a lovely stay!

Palm Coast relaxing stay

We had an excellent stay in the Pal Coast home. The canal was so pretty, especially when the sun set. Watching the fish and birds was great!.The home is spacious and quiet. I slept well every night. We would go back.

Lovely vacation

Very comfortable home! Convenient floor plan with large living/dining/kitchen and split bedrooms. Small covered deck and a generous deck at the edge of the canal. Wonderful place to watch the birds and the occasional dolphin!! Excellent location near all necessities, one golf course, groceries, pharmacy, great Mexican restaurant, walk-in clinic and yet not far from the beach and more golf courses.

Amazing Property

This house could not be any better for our family. It is very large, in a beautiful neighborhood, very clean, and offers fishing out back along with kayaking! The owners really care about making your stay as nice as possible and respond quickly to any questions you may have. Our family looks forward to returning here in the future. The Captain's Quarters will leave you wanting for nothing, it's everything you could hope for on a vacation.

Amazing

My family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home. It was nice to unplug, wake up, and fish on the dock. This home is centrally located to everything in the Palm coast area. The beach, and other activities are just a few minutes away. The home looked the same as it did in the pictures. There were no negative surprises. We would stay here again the next time we come to the area.

Relaxing and Spacious

This house was lovely and very spacious. Dock area is awesome. My son put his boat in at a nearby boat landing and road down to the dock behind the house. He left it all week and used it everyday. Very clean and relaxing. Joan is a fabulous host and responsive. We would definitely book again. We had plenty of room for myself and 4 kids.

Review

When the only thing to be petty about, is the absence of propane for use of the grill, that is really good. We filled the tank on our second day, and used the regularly. unfortunately, needing to bring the tank to the back of house, when walking on the side, one of the family members got stung by a hornet. we did not recognize the hornets nest that we were walking under. overall, beautiful home, and thankful to stay there.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful house on saltwater canal. My son loves to fish and was out on the dock almost the whole stay. Caught several fish. Several dolphin and a sea turtle swam up into the canal. Perfect size for my family with 2 teenagers and my parents. Plenty of room for a couple more on futons if needed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with all necessary amenities. Very nice location in golf course community. Easy access to I-95. Short drive to St. Augustine and Daytona. Easy check in. Owners communicated effectively. My kids already asked if we could stay at this house on our next trip to Florida.
