Housekeeping service

Please note this is a privately owned unit in a resort. Daily maid service is not included when renting directly through the owner. The check-out cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO which covers cleaning / re-stocking the condo after your stay.

There is no daily maid service. Please contact me if you need maid service, $150 full maid service..

Beach Towels

Yes. Your stay includes free towels, which you can use at the pools or to take to the local beaches. However, you will be assessed a $35 fee by the resort if you do not return the towels to the room.

No MICROWAVE - Resort Policy

Kauia Beach Resort's policy is to ensure a comfortable and pest-free environment for all our guests. As part of this commitment, we do not provide microwaves in ANY units. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

NO RESORT FEES

Guests renting directly from the resort or through retail travel sites pay a hefty DAILY resort fee in addition to a MUCH higher rental rate!. There is no daily resort fee with us!!!!; however, if you book directly from the hotel, they will charge an average of $250 daily rate for same kind of room plus daily resort fee.
