The perfect South Padre Island Beach Home just 1 Minute Walk to the beach!!! Beautiful Private Heated Pool and a jacuzzi to relax, a great area to BBQ and enjoy by the pool. Perfect for a large group, Smart T.Vs in each room.
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We provide everything you need to enjoy your Vacation. No age limit, we welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25).Pets are welcome with a $150 fee. Permit # 2023-1768

The Space:
It is definitely a very unique house! very spacious for any size of family or friends. Location location location- can't say enough about it... located a minute walk from the beach makes it a perfect vacation home! great heated pool year round upon request with additional fee of $45.00 a day. Absolutely beautiful home.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire home and yard.

The Neighborhood:
A very safe neighborhood to walk, ride your bike, and enjoy.

Getting Around:
Recommended to use a car but many people use golf carts, riding bikes… guests can park 2 cars inside the garage and 4 cars on the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING at the house or near open doors or windows.
NO PARTIES of any kind
This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors
If the majority if your group is under 25, an additional damage deposit of $750 is required and paid separately after you book. If you are interested in heating the pool, a$45.00 a day fee ( sorry no partial days available) can be added.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was in a perfect location and easy access to everything on South Padre Island. The pool was very nice. We did have a few issues, but the host was very quick to respond.

I will definitely rent this place again. Location was great. The house was perfect. And the owners kept in touch through out our trip making sure everything was going well.

Great vacation in SPI!

House was amazing! Plenty of room everything as discribed. Pool was crystal clear and had all the amenities we needed. Property management has great communication and answered questions within minutes. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very well represented on website. Very spacious for large groups. Had no problems at all from arrival to departure. The whole experience was great. Would definitely look to stay here in the future.

Nice family stay

Nice location close to the beach. Good spot for our family vacation. Due to excessive rain at the beginning of our stay, we also discovered that the house was great for hide and seek. There were a few things that weren't working properly, but the host was quick to take care of issues.

We love this place!

This house is very spacious. It has everything you need, even a 2 car garage. Very short walk to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Swimming pool is a good size for family and friends. I hope we can stay here again.

Great location, attentive property management

We had a wonderful! It truly was just a 1-2 min walk to the beach and they had two wagons to cart down to the beach! In walking distance to plenty of amenities and restaurants. The owners were super attentive and responsive. It was a very easy process and we had a very relaxing time! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break Trip

We absolutely loved this property!! It was a 2-minute walk to the beach and a very close walk to restaurants and nightlife as well. The house was BEAUTIFUL and comfortably fit the 12 in our group, we definitely could have brought more friends as well. One day the beach was super windy so we spent the whole day out by the pool and it was nice, clean, and private. Communication was great and any questions we thought of were answered in minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone who is thinking about visiting South Padre Island!

Vacation

House was very nice, was big and spacious. Any minor issues we had the property managers assisted with us very quickly. Master bed was not very comfortable,. probably needs to be changed out but all in all a very good time had by all. Pool was nice and cooling. Would come back again.

Thanksgiving Fun

Yossi & Nili were excellent to work with. If there was an issue they were quick to respond. The bathrooms have been modernized and the decor was cute. They need to clean up the front door and the kitchen cupboard handles to make a better first impression. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing Beach House for our Vacation 😎❤️

This house is one block from the beach. Wagons, beach toys, boogie boards, umbrellas are all provided. We were there for the 4th of July and what a treat to see Fireworks on the beach. There are so many fun activities and restaurants so close. It was also so nice to have a pool to relax in after a day at the beach. I was in constant communication with Yossi and Nili before we arrived and after we left. We will definitely be back !!! Thank you so much for sharing your house with my family.

Close to beach on quiet street

Home was great. Host were responsive. The exterior doors are a little tricky and the heated pool did not heat and that was a major bummer as it was only reason for staying at this particular house. Host did their best to remedy situation, but infortunately was not corrected, likely die to holiday stay.

Good Location

We arrived the house after 7.00 PM, cannot get in the house call the owner and got response quick. The cleaning service needs to improve for the future guests. The house is in the good location, just 3 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the stay.

Location was perfect. Amenities could us a few upgrades/upkeep (shower drain) but overall we loved

We were happy enough to likely want to come back again. The hosts were cordial and timely for check in which helped. Amenities could use a spruce up here and there (shower drain didn’t work, no detergent for laundry etc) but we made to and the location was awesome.

Nice location for a big family stay

Our recent stay was good. We were told check in was at 5pm and the owner would message the door code. I messaged after 5 to check if the house was ready. No reply. After calling several times, I was messaged the door code. The house is about 3 minutes away from the beach, very nice location. We had very poor internet service, we weren’t able to watch movies at night after long day out and about. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The overall stay was good.

Spring Breaker's Dream

Yossi and Nili's place was the perfect location, size, and aesthetic for our group of 8 crazy college kids. The space was exceedingly clean when we arrived, response time was super fast, and it's in such a great location. Really enjoyed our time relaxing here.

The pool has lounge chairs for you to relax after a day at the beach or in the hammock.
