Settle into this cozy 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house located half a block walking distance from public beach access without paying beachfront prices. The newly added pool provides great entertainment in the backyard ready for you to enjoy a BBQ or to just hang out. This home is perfect for a large family getaway. The downstairs portion of the home is a home within itself. It contains its own appliances and ample sleeping arrangements. There are 2 individual twin beds, one bunk bed with 2 twins, a full sofa sleeper, and a full futon sleeper as well. The downstairs area also has its own bathroom, and the laundry room can be found here too. The upstairs portion of the house is where the main living space is at. The living area has a full sofa sleeper and a wrap around balcony overlooking Padre Blvd and partially into the backyard. Enjoy dinnertime with the whole family on the large dining table or breakfast bar area. The large kitchen provides enough space for cooking and is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a king bed and both a jacuzzi tub and shower. This bedroom also has a direct view into the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also has a direct view into the backyard. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with 4 twin beds.

Renter must be 18 To Reserve and Check-in.
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of an advance deposit. Full payment is required at time of checking in. No warranty is implied by our acceptance of your payment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Advance Deposit is non-refundable for a cancellation within 60 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations cancelled prior to 60 of your arrival date will be penalized $50 from the advance deposit. ALL MONTHLY RESERVATIONS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT THE ADVANCE DEPOSIT REGARDLESS OF CANCELLATION DATE. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
Damage Protection
Renter agrees to pay a damage protection fee of $50, which shall be in the form of a VISA or MASTERCARD authorization or CASH that will cover any damages up to $700. Renter hereby authorizes the rental agent to charge the credit card for the cost of repairs, replacement, services, telephone charges or extra cleaning for all damage, breakage and/or loss incurred during his/her stay that exceed $700. In the event of damage to the premises, its equipment, furniture, or carpeting, Renter shall be responsible for damage costs exceeding damage protection including collection costs and attorney’s fees. Documentation detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest.
Should the owner of any property elect to remove their property from our rental program, the guest shall not hold rental agent liable. In such an instance, the guest will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by the rental agency. If comparable accommodations are not available, the guest will receive a full refund.
Rental Agent is not responsible for events beyond our control, e.g. inclement weather, maintenance issues. Optional travel insurance may be purchased at the time of making initial reservation. Travel insurance guarantees that in the event of a medical emergency or weather hindrances, you will receive a full refund, less the administration fee. Please ask a reservation specialist for additional information on travel insurance.
Check-In / Checkout
Upon receipt of your payment, your Reservation Confirmation will be mailed or e-mailed to you. Enclosed will be the office address with directions. Renter must sign for keys in person.
Towels and Linens may be exchanged as needed at our Service Center (located behind our office) weekdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Home & Condo Equipment
All homes and condos are privately owned and equipped for basic vacation needs. Kitchen utensils and a starter supply of soap and paper products are made available for all rentals. You will need to bring or purchase additional supplies.
Maintenance problems in the home or condo will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment, which includes TV’s, DVD’s, air condition units, hot water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, door locks, etc.
Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the homes and condos before making your reservation. This policy is strictly enforced. Tenants over occupying units will be evicted without a refund! The number of persons allowed per unit as follows:
Efficiencies: 4 Persons
1 Bedroom: 4-6 Persons
2 Bedrooms: 6 Persons
3 Bedrooms: 8 Persons
4 Bedrooms: 10 Persons
Gatherings
Our properties are rented for personal vacation use only. Parties and other large gatherings are not allowed. Violators risk forfeiture of their deposit, rental fees, and eviction.
No Smoking
All homes and condos are Non-Smoking! No exceptions - $400 fine.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in certain units. There will be a $100 pet fee per pet plus tax if allowed. A $400 fine shall be imposed if there is a pet in a non-pet rental or an unreported pet.
Additional Provisions
The agent may enter the premises at any time in the event of emergency, but will use its best efforts to give 24-hour notice for normal maintenance or sales inspections.
Disclaimer
The Renter agrees that Rental Agent shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Rental Agent harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Rental Agent acting solely in the capacity of Agent for the property owner, assumes no liability thereunder.
