This spacious historic home is newly renovated and ready to accommodate you for your visit to Savannah! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from the centrally-located Midtown area - walk to coffee shops, breweries, shops, parks and more. If you wish to explore downtown, it is only a short 5 minute drive to more exciting happenings. Also, short 25 min drive to Tybee island for beach days!

We pay close attention to any feedback that we receive from guests and make every effort to improve the home and experience for future guests.

Cute house close to downtown, not close enough to walk comfortably though. Great space and more than enough space for 4 people.

birthday stay

I stayed here with a few of my friends for my birthday and it was amazing! The house is perfect! I would definitely recommend staying here!

House was fine. Neighborhood not

House and Host were perfectly fine. The neighborhood is horrendous. We arrived around 7pm the night before New Years Eve. I was immediately worried about parking my vehicle in the street so I drove to a parking garage. Of course every garage was full. I asked a security guard if my car would be safe in the street and showed him on my phone map where we were staying, his exact response was “You’re in the Hood. They don’t see Range Rovers. It might be there in the morning, but your rims and tires won’t be”. Wonderful, right? The security guy was real cool and said to follow him and he drove me to The Mansion on Forsyth where I bribed a valet $200 to leave my car in their lot for the next two nights and then took an Uber back to the rental. Anyway, the house was fine and just as advertised but the neighborhood is awful.

Terrible accommodations

The house is in a terrible neighborhood, we were afraid to walk on the street after dark. I am sure there was a couple of drug deals that we saw. The uber drivers even said it was not a good area. It is advertised as plenty of parking, and there was not. The house had a bad smell to it. The back yard has no grass, mostly dirt. Some of the plugs in the rooms were not working. The freezer door on the fridge would not close good and the food and ice we had in there melted. It stated walking distance and that was false. The carpet on the stairs was dirty, and the throw rug has huge dirty spots. There were dirty spots under the trash can. The back of the house and the deck had green moss on it, and if we had walked in the yard it would have tracked in the house since there was no grass. We could not enjoy being outside. There were dogs next door inside that when we moved around they would bark. There were several other small items that were very disappointing. I will never rent from this person again.

Savannah Christmas trip

Had a wonderful time experiencing Savanah and its holiday traditions. The house itself was decent. It has been recently renovated but there were still some areas that the construction was either still in process or not completed. Area of the home was a quick car ride to town but definitely did not feel comfortable walking outside. Also of note is that the house is very close to the railroad tracks and the train blows its horn a ridiculous amount so any sleeping past 8am is out of the question. The house host was very quick to respond to our questions so that was nice. Would definitely come back to Savannah but an alternate location/property would be sought after.

Weekend in Savannah

The property was very easy find. Check in process was also very easy! We even arrived a little early, and the owner was extremely accommodating. We were travelling with our dog, and the property has a nice, private backyard! Everything was extremely clean, and the small details like soaps, suggestions for things to do and see were wonderful! You could tell the home had been completely renovated! Very nice appliances and well stocked! We had a wonderful stay!

Charming Newly Renovated Home!

We were in town visiting our daughter who attends SCAD. This house checked all the boxes for us. It is in a convenient location and a short drive to most of Savannah's main attractions. The home was recently renovated and is beautiful inside and out. The fenced in rear yard and the ability to bring our fur babies along was a huge plus! The neighborhood is a work in progress with many of the homes being renovated. Some of the surrounding homes are a bit run down, but it was a very quiet neighborhood and at no time did it feel unsafe. It is on street parking only, but we never had any difficulty parking close to the house. The host was quick to respond to my questions and the check in/out process was smooth and easy. I would recommend this home and would definitely return again!
