Located on Treasure Island, known for the semi-private beaches, you'll find this family friendly, spacious 1900 sq ft 4 bedroom home just one block from the beach! The house includes a massive deck featuring an outdoor grill and seating overlooking the ocean.
Enjoy beach life on the deck! Half covered, half uncovered so you can enjoy rain or shine, there is plenty of outdoor seating to relax and dine! Whether you use the kitchen or propane grill, the beautiful ocean views complete the experience.
Outside, there is plenty of seating and room to dine! There are two patio sets on either side of the deck plus extra beach chairs to enjoy the view. The deck also features a latch gate at the top of the stairswith optional safety lock.
Inside, you'll walk into the spacious and open living room, large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating to relax and lounge playing games or watching TV before having an indoor meal at the hand built dining table or island bar top seating. For families with littles, this home is kid friendly - all kitchen and bathroom cabinets have the ability to be latched closed. You'll follow the hallway past the fully equipped laundry into one of the 3 large bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and lounging chair or head into the bunk retreat that has 2 full / 2 twin bunks, smart TV and it's own attached bathroom. In the bunk retreat, there is a pack n play, kids books & toys and a sound machine.
When its time to head to the beach, there are a few local access points within a 10 minute walk. We provide the wagon to haul our beach chairs, umbrella, towels and toys!

Treasure Island is a quiet and family friendly island. Please be courteous and respect quiet time after 10PM.
