Beautiful NEW town home right across from The Big Chill with designer furnishings, open concept floor plan, two car garage, TVs in every bedroom, 3 bedrooms (2 with King beds) + bunk room + sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 12 guests, and access to the large community resort-style pool (heated seasonally!) + cabanas + grill + bathhouse!

The space
Welcome to "Southern Sugar by the Sea!"
With stylish furnishings, a heated community pool, and access to fantastic amenities, this 2-story townhome has everything you need and more!
As you enter, you'll find a spacious open layout filled with inviting coastal decor. The comfortable living room features 2 large sets of french doors that look open up to the outdoor patio, creating a bright and airy space. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, complete with stunning quartz countertops, modern appliances. and soft-close cabinets—everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends.
On the first floor, you’ll also find a convenient half bathroom and an in-unit laundry room, making your stay hassle-free.
Heading upstairs, you’ll discover three lovely bedrooms. The master suite is a true retreat, featuring a King bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with double vanities and a spacious walk-in glass shower. The other two bedrooms are cozy and share a stylish full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, perfect for families with kids. One bedroom has a King bed, and the other has 2 sets of triple twin bunk beds.
Outside, take advantage of the community amenities, including two large heated pools, stylish cabanas, a bathhouse, and a grilling area, all designed for your enjoyment.

Bedroom 2: King bed and shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
Bedroom 3: Two sets of three single bunk beds (6 single beds) and shared bathroom with tub/shower combination
There is a pack n' play and air mattress available upon request.
Guest access
Prominence is one of 30A's newest vacation destinations, and includes complimentary access to the huge resort style pools (with zero-entry), private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (with grills), and more. A quick walk across the street and you're at The Hub which features restaurants, boutique shops, and the Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights!
The community pool is heated October/November, March/April and the two weeks around Christmas.
Other things to note
BEACH ACCESS:
There are several convenient beach accesses!
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access point is located about 1 mile to the east - this is a small access and can be easily missed, but is probably our favorite!
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.6 miles west. It is popular, but you should know: there is a small parking area at the access (approximately $3 for parking), bathrooms are available, the walk from parking to the beach is a little longer than most beach accesses. It is important to note that because this is a state park and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is ADA approved and is located about 3.5 miles to the west. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. A full charge will last for 15 miles.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
