This, beautifully decorated home features comfortable furnishings and has a soothing "beachy bed and breakfast feel". Walk up the steps to the spacious front deck and the first thing you'll notice is a swing for those lazy days. Enjoy this spot with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf. Bringing the kiddos? You'll really appreciate that this deck has a convenient gate. Ample seating means that everyone will enjoy watching the surf roll in and gazing at those incredible Alabama sunsets. And you won't want to miss stargazing at night! Pro-Tip: You are so close to the beach access; it will be a breeze to return to the house to replenish supplies or take a beach break.

The Space

The open floor plan is light, bright, airy and inviting and is ideal for your large group or family. With an oversized dining table and ample counter seating, there is room for all for those times that you decide to dine in. A massive island is the centerpiece of this updated kitchen. Loads of workspace and cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make cooking and entertaining a pleasure. Large 65 inch TV in the living room.

There is a charming room with a queen bed on the first level. There is also a fun bunk room with two bunk beds, perfect for siblings, cousins or best friends. One is a full over full and the other a twin over twin so the young ones can all be together. These two bedrooms share a full bath. A screened in porch, complete with a table and 4 chairs, is conveniently located near these bedrooms. You'll love this space for game playing, your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Or maybe as a quiet getaway space to finally finish that book or take a quick cat nap. We've even included a sleep sofa to ensure that there is plenty of room for everyone.

Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms and a third room with two twin beds. The master suite is a light, airy, over-sized room with balcony access. Multiple windows ensure that there is plenty of natural sunlight and views that must be seen to be believed! The second king bedroom also has balcony access and shares a hall bath with the twin/twin bedroom.

* For your added security and protection, there are exterior cameras at this home. 2 cameras are located under the house and 1 on main deck.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna.
