This newly remodeled one bedroom beachfront condo contains a king bed, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, closet, full bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. The balcony includes a patio table and chairs for dining with a view. A washer and dryer is also located in the condo for your convenience. The condo offers the largest of the one bedroom floor plan with the bedroom on the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more.

Guests must sign a Lease that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.

Upon any early termination, the pro-rated unused occupancy term shall be refunded to Guest.
