Cette unité est un condo 1BR / 1BA spacieux et joliment décoré (1036 pieds carrés) au 5ème étage, avec un lit king size et un nouveau canapé-lit en cuir. Télévision à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, un coin repas et un bar.

Le condo a un accès direct à la plage via une promenade privée. Le balcon donne sur la piscine, la plage et le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon et profitez du lever du soleil le matin avec la boisson de votre choix. Dans l'après-midi, le balcon est ombragé, ce qui vous permet de profiter de la brise du golfe. Cette unité est située directement sur la plage et offre un accès facile au village de Baytowne Wharf et au Grand Boulevard pour faire du shopping, manger ou regarder un film. Great place with a nice view.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The balcony and bedroom views are amazing, the location is perfect, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Good location

The condo was clean, well appointed and centrally located. Some issues, the TV remote in bedroom didn't work and the shower head delivered harsh needle like pressure.

Fantastic location

Beautiful view from room. Location was great but extremely crowded. Also, only 2 elevators working for the entire complex which leads to long waits for an available elevator

Excellent Beach Location

This property was excellent for our family. Beach views were spectacular. It’s a very safe place for a family to go on vacation. The property management let us into the condo early and we were so grateful. Personnel on the property were helpful and courteous. This resort has many restaurants and places for younger children to have fun as well.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful views from the balcony and easy check in. Covered parking was nice. The host was also great with communication. Right across the street from Baytowne Wharf with lots of restaurants and shopping that you can walk to or drive. Easy access to the beach. The condo was perfect for two.

Holidays crowd it‼️Condo was perfect for 2. Easy access to 30A and Destin. No negatives except Sandestin needs an overall update. Quick steps to beautiful beach/white sand. Clean. Smells nice everywhere.

Place was great - perfect weather for our stay - the air stopped working one day and the property manager was able to get it fixed the same day - elevators in the building were slow but thats ok

That view though

Check in is very easy and very smooth- all the info you need is promptly provided. The bed is very comfortable, and being able to walk right out onto the beach is outstanding. The view hits you from every part of the condo; you might as well be camped out right on the beach 😀. We loved it!

Amazing Gulf Views, Excellent Property/Location

The property was exactly as described! Clean, nicely/newly furnished beachfront condo with AMAZING views! The location was excellent, right across from Baytowne Wharf and near outlets. No long waits for elevators. Very short walk to the beach. If there was anything at all to complain about the only thing I can think of is that when the air kicked on, there was a musty smell that would blow out at first. We checked the air filters just to see and they were perfectly clean and looked to have just been replaced, so it is probably just within the unit or building itself. GREAT GREAT place to stay!

Nice condo, great views!

We loved the condo and its views! The condo was clean and neat and everything was brand new! There was easy beach access and you can rent chairs easily on the beach. There is even a hotdog stand and cocktail shack right on the beach by the complex! The only issue we had was with the toilet. It didn’t flush well and often had to be flushed more than once. Also, it would be helpful if there were instructions on how to operate the den television. We could not find the major channels. Overall, we would definitely recommend the condo and the complex!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is great for access to pretty much everything in the area and the space was sufficient for my needs. Although very clean, the unit is in need of updating (furniture and washer/dryer), and for my extended stay, I found the kitchen lacking in some things. My stay was during a major construction period, and although I was so warned of this, I'm not sure words could have ever prepared me for the noise and inconvenience. The management staff was excellent to work with, and I will most definitely be back to the area and use their help.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pictures of the view are perfect. We witnessed 4 weddings while there, one on Friday night with fire dancers etc, and three on Saturday. Great entertainment from the balcony. The resort was awesome, we enjoyed three of the golf courses and Baytown Village. The only negatives I can come up with are the super soft, uncomfortable, sink in bed and the lack of toilet paper. We had one started roll on the fixture and another partial roll, rewrapped under the sink. This was not enough for 9 nights. Perhaps if housekeeping makes sure the two rolls allotted are full that could would be a wonderful courtesy to provide a couple of beach chairs since the rental fee is $25/chair/day.
