Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The villa sleeps 10 across four bedrooms and a queen sofa bed. Two king master suites each include ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, ceiling fans, and ample storage, with one suite opening directly to the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the themed room includes two single beds suited for younger guests. The queen sofa bed in the family room provides added flexibility. Families will also find a crib, Pack 'n play, a high chair, and a range of children’s books and toys, along with a children’s playroom designed for easy downtime.

Indoor living and entertainment
An air-conditioned game room creates a gathering place with arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV. Additional entertainment includes board games, smart TVs with streaming services and standard cable, and an Ethernet connection for reliable connectivity. Fast wifi and a dedicated workspace in a common area support remote work and streaming. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the year.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen features full-size appliances and the essentials needed for preparing meals at home. A dining table anchors shared meals, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee machine add convenience for morning routines.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
