Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space
The villa is thoughtfully laid out on one level with no stairs, making it easy to navigate for all ages. The living area brings everyone together with comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and direct access to the screened outdoor area. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a shared area support remote work or streaming without interruption.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests. Two king master ensuite bedrooms offer privacy, each with a smart TV and ceiling fan. One of the masters opens directly to the pool area and includes a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the Mickey-themed fourth bedroom is designed for younger guests with two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available on the queen sofa bed in the family room.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to full family meals. A dining table anchors the space for shared meals, board games, or planning the next day’s adventures. Coffee is provided, and breakfast is included, making mornings simple before heading out or settling in.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
