Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Each bedroom has its own name and theme, giving guests something to discover at check-in. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite offers a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite provides a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite is fitted with two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite has two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a 55-inch smart TV. Rounding out the lineup, the Moana Suite sleeps guests across one queen and one full bed, paired with a 50-inch smart TV. Across all six rooms, the home accommodates 16 or more guests across 10 beds.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool and spa sit at the center of the outdoor area, available year-round with optional heating at an additional fee. A covered patio, sun loungers, and outdoor furniture give you plenty of space to settle in, while the outdoor dining area and BBQ grill are set up for evenings outside. The private backyard adds extra breathing room for the group. Resort access is included for your entire stay, opening up an additional pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, and more just a short distance from the property.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for group cooking. A refrigerator, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, and you'll find cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics - oil, salt, and pepper - already in place. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and wine glasses are all available, and barbecue utensils are on hand for the grill. The dining table brings everyone together inside, and breakfast is provided for your stay.
 
Entertainment & game room
The air-conditioned game room is a destination in itself - pool table, arcade games, ping pong table, life size games, board games, and a smart TV all in one dedicated space. Across the rest of the home, you'll find multiple TVs with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, and exercise equipment. The themed bedrooms carry their own entertainment value, and younger guests will likely have strong opinions about which room they're claiming.

This home is genuinely set up for families traveling with young children. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Pets are welcome, and long-term stays are available for groups needing an extended base in the Orlando Area.
