Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Island H2O is our closest and newest state of the art water park. Only 10 mins away

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Morning light sparkles across the pool as you ease into the day with coffee under the shaded lanai, the ceiling fan stirring the quiet air. After an afternoon exploring nearby parks, the hot tub invites you back to unwind as laughter drifts from the game room. Evenings are for sharing meals on the grill, gathering together outdoors as the water glimmers nearby.

Sleeping arrangements
With six bedrooms across two levels, everyone can settle into a private retreat. The King Triton Suite offers a king bed, 55" smart TV, and an ensuite with jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite holds a queen bed and 50" Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite includes two twin beds with a 40" smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50" smart TV. The Clearwater Suite features a king bed, 55" smart TV, and private ensuite, while the Moana Suite combines a queen and full bed with a 50" smart TV.

Outdoor living
The covered lanai frames the private heated pool and hot tub, where outdoor furniture makes lingering over meals easy. A propane BBQ grill stands ready for evenings of cooking together after days at the nearby attractions. Guests also have access to resort amenities including a clubhouse pool, gym, and a lake path for leisurely walks.

Indoor entertainment & comfort
Inside, two living areas with large smart TVs offer space to gather. The game room is fully air conditioned and stocked with a pool table, ping pong table, console, board games, and an additional TV. Bedrooms are equipped with linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with washer, dryer, and ironing supplies.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is ready for group meals with an Airfryer stove, oven, refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and Instant pot. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, along with wine glasses and barbecue utensils. A dining table offers space to gather inside, while outdoor furniture creates another option by the pool.

Family-friendly touches
Traveling with children is simple, with a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, safety gates, children’s dinnerware, toys, and books available.

Safety & peace of mind
Exterior cameras (front and back, never indoors), hardwired smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit help ensure a secure stay.
