Great vacation spot!

Vacation was great. The outdoors were amazing: the pool, the beach, the lake. Location is top notch! A 30-minute drive to Disney.Some negatives: The lockings of the doors need to be fixed. The patio door doesn’t lock. The BBQ was dirty. We didn’t use it because of that. Overall, I recommend this place.

Safe & quiet home base

The home was clean and nice with very cute decor. We were not there very much but were able to use the pool and hot tub and enjoyed both. Received detailed communication from the home owner as well as several emails from the management company which was a little confusing at times. We were cautioned about one neighbor but did not have any issues with them. Overall comfortable home that we were grateful to be able to use.

Clermont Lake house

The house was just as described, the decor was super cute and comfortable, and the house is located in a quiet HOA neighborhood. We took advantage of the quiet and serene views, as well as the pool and the hot tub.

Amazing location and View

It was alot better in person than pictures. The view the weather the house is amazing so clean and bright. It's like we left one home to come into another so amazing.

There's Bass in there...

Overall we had a very nice time. The house was lovely, well decorated, comfortable, and clean. The picture on Vrbo that shows the beach and the lake is a little dated because the water table is very low. In reality there are more weeds and mud. The pool was nice, only the skimmer wasn't working so we had to do it by hand, the bottom of the pool was clean and it was a great temperature. The hot tub was nice, clean, and relaxing. Everything worked in the house. The beds were comfortable. One thing that surprised us was that the A/C automatically turned off while we were at dinner because it needed the filter changed. It wouldn't come back on until we told it we'd change the filter later. The neighbors are a little creepy, they kept walking around outside and looking at us, not sure what their problem was, but it seemed like odd behavior. They didn't say anything, they just kinda crept around and stared at us. We had a bluetooth speaker playing music, but it wasn't very loud, and it was the middle of the day, so... ? All in all it was a nice trip, I wish the water table in the lake was a little higher, the pool skimmer worked, and the neighbors weren't so nosey. But, it was quiet, clean, and a beautiful view. We got lucky and had lots of sunshine. We even caught a very nice 7 lb. Largemouth off the dock, so that was awesome! A couple small issues, but we'd recommend staying here, had a great time.

Wonderful family gathering

Our family of 6 adults stayed at the Lake house to attend a family event in Clermont. The location was perfect and the house was very accommodating. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai and the lakeview was beautiful at sunset and very peaceful.

Lovely house

This is a pretty house on a lake. My elderly parents live an hour away so we rented this house - 5 adults- for a week vacation not too far from my parents. My sisters live in VA and NJ and I live in NY. The house is well maintained. The owner obviously lives there. We were disappointed that all the dressers contained the owner’s clothes so we couldn’t properly unpack. Also, the owner “stopped by” one morning to use her boat with friends to water ski. I thought she was just getting something from her boat and didn’t understand that she was going to stay for a couple hours. I found this intrusive. I cooked 2 meals daily. The kitchen appliances are great, but the oven needed to be cleaned. We spent much time in the pool and hot tub. The set up with the pool and hot tub outside the door is fantastic. The backyard is wonderful.

Graduation

Beautiful home, extremely clean, variety of outside fun!! We rented the home to enjoy our granddaughter’s graduation. It was perfect even with the hiccups we had. Amy was extremely responsive.

Spring break

This house is very relaxing. We were there to watch our daughter play college softball. The backyard is definitely worth the stay. The lake is a beautiful scene anytime of the day. We spent several downtime moments on the dock or in the beach chairs after a busy day of softball. It is close to everything we needed but was very private. Would definitely go back!

Saw Mill

Overall the property was nice and the owner was always very responsive. The only drawback were the beds - they weren’t very supportive. But the pool and views of the lake made up for it.

Odd stay

It took several tries to get in at check in time and when we finally did, there was a back door that was unlocked and the tv on the patio was on and the movie was paused, as if there was someone there and snuck out. The two extra bedrooms has ceiling fans and also a box fans because the room had minimal a/c flow. Additionally on day two the garage door opened mysteriously at 11 pm and was open in the morning. We checked out a day early because of all the issues including the sewage leaking from the master toilet.

Famiy Bonding in a Beautiful Home

We gathered our family together for bonding and memories. The home was comfortable, warm, clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. We had a family member with moderate mobility challenges and the home was safe and supported those needs.We did require communication with the owner a few times. Amy was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. In fact, the home information was well explained and laid out for us to follow. Wedding stay

We had a wedding nearby. The location and the place is great. Many shops and restaurants nearby. House is very comfortable and roomy has everythingyou could need. The dock was great to sit and relax. We also sat on the porch and enjoyed music on the Alexa. She was very responsive.. I would definitely go back. Thank you for everything!! 🤗

Home away from home.

Great Family Friendly Lake House

This was definitely a great family friendly lake house! The owner was very nice and the house was easily big enough for a family or 4-6. Significant room to entertain day guests too. Wonderful lake to paddle board on and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. House was stocked with great items anyone could possibly need on vacation (TVs in every room and even the patio, kayaks, pool, hot tub, dock and even a boat you can rent out by the hour with a captain). I would not recommend this spot if you want late night parties or your a younger crowd but for a great family friendly and pet friendly relaxing vacation you would be hard pressed to find better!
