Loved this vacation, me and my friends had been planning to coming to FL once we all got above 21. This was one of the few that was 21 to book, the condo was beautiful and the resort was amazing. Nicholas was an awesome host. This is a memory and experience I would recommend to everyone.
We booked super last minute and still were accommodated with no issues. Owner was responsive to questions and helpful throughout. Just what we needed for a last minute beach trip
We had an excellent stay in this timeshare. The view of the beach and ocean are wonderful and there is quick access to the pool, shopping, and restaurants.
We loved our stay. Thanks!
The property was just as described. Communication with owner was great. Very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely rent again.
Not the best Iâve stayed at, definitely not the worst
Seems a little outdated. Could maybe use a good deep clean. My grandsons feet were black after only 10 minutes there. (Heâs 15 months). A good cleaning and some fresh furniture would help. Had some beach chairs and toys available which was nice. No spatula to flip pancakes. Second bedroom bed was very comfortable to me. Son and daughter in law said master was not. Great location right next to pineapple Willyâs. Overall, great vacation. Just was quick to reply to any messages.
The condo was like the pictures, wasnât anything fancy but we knew that and was okay with that! It fit us well and accommodate us great. The property itself is a nightmare. The parking garage is the worst thing Iâve ever experienced especially for a larger truck like ours. The elevators makes you want to stay elsewhere. It was a decent experience at this resort but definitely goes on our list of not staying there again.
Overall it was a good experience though there were a few items which detracted from the experience. The condo could really use a thorough cleaning - especially the floors. The parking lot is not something I would want to experience again either.
Amazing view, perfect cleanliness, everything was great!
The only three things we complained about was
1: pool closing at 10
2: the parking garage going all the way up to the 10th floor and back down was horrible lol
3: waiting for elevators when we got there and when we checked out was bad and took forever lol.
The floor was dirty like it had not been mopped in weeks, my 1 year olds legs was completely black with only being put down for about 15 to 20 mins to unpack. There was 2 vape pins found under the master bed. The king bed slept horrible like a thin sheet on a piece of plywood. Other than that it was stayable. The pool is a little strict with their rules but once you got to know the staff it wasn't that bad.
This unit is ran down and it was clear the host did a buy/rent flip. There is not a digital keypad although the host informed us it had broke and would be fixed by a locksmith (a regular deadbolt was installed) and who knows who has copies of the physical keys and access to the unit. The unit smelled of mold and there was mold in the unit. There was water damage, leaking toilets, damage to cabinets, lighting that did not work, dust throughout, burnt panels in the dishwasher, rust covered shower rods and cookware that was unsanitary. The cleaning service had left trash in the unit when they attempted to clean prior to our arrival. The bedding was a grey blanket, not the white fresh comforter shown in the listing pictures and the bedding had stains on it that took over 24 hours for the cleaning service to attempt to replace. The furniture was hand-me-down quality and the bunk bed was so loose we did not allow anyone to sleep on it. We attempted to have the host address these issues as the listing was clearly misrepresented and they made extremely little attempt to address in a timely manner, only fixing the latch to the balcony door, adding a striker plate to the door jamb and having the cleaning service show up (they did not perform a second cleaning). We also found that the host had ended the maintenance service when we contacted them to address the issues as well. We checked in on a Sunday and due to the poor condition and the lack of care and concern from the host we left on Tuesday morning for a planned 6 night stay. We requested a refund from the host and they replied âno refund.â We worked through the host a VRBO to address our concerns prior to deciding to leave early. A complaint was made with the city of Panama City Beach, PCB Health, PCB Fire Marshall and the FL renters association to help others avoid this unfortunate experience. We have documented the condition of the unit with photos which were supplied to the host. PEOPLE⊠DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES IN PCB TO STAY. Always do your research and ensure hosts have a more flexible cancellation policy instead of a 60/30 plan and get insurance for situations like this once your checked into the unit.
