Original Grayton Beach Cottage! Completely remodeled and expanded to maintain its Old Florida Charm. Upon entering you are greeted by 15 ft. ceilings with a large open kitchen and great room with a custom fireplace. Top of the line kitchen appliances. Handmade Moroccan tile and reclaimed oak floors throughout the house. Custom cypress cabinets and so much more! 6 bedrooms with 2 master suites downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs one of which is a bunk room. Laundry room upstairs and downstairs. No detail was spared in this amazing renovation! A huge fenced in back yard with heated pool (which is an additional $250 to heat). Located on the main road in Grayton Beach. Just steps away from the beach and The Red Bar. Perfect for larger families. Truly one of a kind!

Grayt Stay in Grayton

We had the best time at Suzi's house in Grayton Beach. It was extremely clean, comfortable and the indoor and outdoor living spaces are amazing. We would love to stay at this home again because it was very well managed. Suzi was very responsive to any needs we had as well. Thank you, we will be back! LeeAnn

Wonderful Week!

This beautiful home was perfectly clean and absolutely beautiful! We had a large group that included 6 adults and 4 young grandchildren; the house size fit us quite well. Suzi was great with communication. Grayton beach was stunning!

Family stay

We had the best time at Grayton Beach! The house was amazing and just as advertised. The owners were super responsive. Our grill even broke and they had another delivered the next day! Everyone loved their rooms. The pool was perfect on coming back from the beach with plenty of outdoor seating area for those who didn’t want to get in. The beach is just a short walk and there’s a nice lagoon on the beach the younger kids loved. There’s also multiple restaurants and a nice coffee shop in walking distance too. Highly recommend!

Great Location!!

We had family from 65 to a baby less than 1 and really enjoyed the house! We used the pool every day during our stay and the distance to the beach was within walking distance even pulling a wagon. If you love local beach hangouts the best one is a 3 minute walk from this place. The house is sound proof and the front porch really blocks out all of the street traffic from view. Will visit Grayton again!!

Wonderful house and location. Really enjoyed our stay. Most of our mornings were spent at the beach and afternoons or evenings at the pool. The wagon provided was super helpful in hauling beach gear on short walk to the beach. Having two fridges and a separate ice maker was great. Beds were comfortable. A few wishes that could make the stay even better, but definitely not deal breakers - not all bedrooms had a set of drawers or dressers and had to live out of suit case. The smaller upstairs bathroom would benefit from a shelf or a sink with flat surfaces as there is no where to set personal items. Overall a great family vacation home and we enjoyed our time.

We loved our time here! The house was absolutely amazing, even better in person than the pictures! We loved the pool with toddlers. Suzi was a pleasure to work with and was super helpful and responsive with questions. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

It was a great house for our family of 8! We had some issues first night with AC not cooling upstairs, but Suzie was very responsive and had it fixed next day. We had a couple of small issues with us not understanding how the double back doors locked, and someone had done some illegal garbage dumping out in front yard that we had to call about, but again, Suzie was great and had it handled! The pool was perfect and we used some of the floats and cornhole game in the storage shed. Also used their wagon to go to the beach which was a good bit of a walk. We entered the beach access closet to the house at the end of the street and thats the area where the cars are allowed to enter the beach to park. It stayed rutted out and therefore was super difficult to walk through the sand to the ocean. Almost impossible to pull a wagon through! If you walk further away down the other side of the Red Bar entrance might be easier access?? We would definitely rent this house again, and recommend it. It was clean, updated, nicely decorated.double washers/dryers, & refrigerators made it great! Also the ice machine.Any glitches were minor and taken care of. Truly, walking through the sand at the end of street beach access was the most difficult thing we ran into for the week!! House is for sale now too.

This home was lovely! We were able to walk to the beach, dining, retail and to walking/bike trails. The home was very well equipped and the pool heater was great as temperatures dropped. The home’s decor was beautiful and our family would love to stay there again!

Favorite home in Grayton

We had an amazing time at this house. It’s been our family’s favorite house from all the properties we have stayed at in Grayton for the past decade. Everything was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the backyard is awesome, the beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet, and all the furnishings are comfortable and stylish. The public beach access is a close walk or bike ride away. Suzi was a fantastic host. Cannot wait to go back.

Extended family beach trip

We had 5 families stay here ranging from 2-68 and we had the best time! Suzi was wonderful- she was out of the country but still reached out to make sure we were good and was quick to respond to anything we asked. We rented a golf cart to lug kids and things to the beach but it wasn’t a bad walk to the beach if you didn’t have to carry a lot. Loved all the restaurants that were in walking distance. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor space. We would def book Suzi’s house again :)

Amazing house & perfect location

We loved staying at this beautiful house. Plenty of room and a stunning backyard. The layout is perfect for several families. The house has a well stocked kitchen and two refrigerators which we found very useful. The backyard has a large pool and covered patio. We all enjoyed coming back from an afternoon at the beach to relax in the pool. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants/shops which our teens loved going off on their own. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Great vacation and great house! Highly recommend!

Amazing Grayton Beach Stay

Truly an amazing property. Looks just like the pictures but what is not shown is how close to the beach and town you are! Easy walk to both beach accesses and town. The covered seating area at pool was great even during the rain. Suzi has thought on everything. Spices, oils, flour, sugar, coffee etc. Beds were extremely comfortable. Easy to bring beach chairs when you are provided a cart. Outdoor shower makes it easy to clean off. Lots of parking. We will definitely items be back. Best family vacay yet!!!

Amazing house, location and communication!!

We had an amazing time this week! The house is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. The owner thought of everything to make your life easier while you're on vacation down to double laundry rooms, coffee makers, ice maker, two fridges, extra towels and beach towels, beautiful outdoor sitting areas, beautiful inside sitting areas, very private pool area, etc. The list goes on and on. Also, the property manager was so quick and responsive!! Even when she was on vacation herself. I highly suggest staying here if you want a seem less vacation, beautiful clean private pool and close proximity to the beach!!

Family Vacation-Five Stars!!

This house was everything we expected and more, perfect for our first extended family vacation in several years. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could want and top of the line appliances. The washer and dryers on both floors was so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were luxury. We spent a lot of our time in the back yard, lounging in the beautiful pool, and playing cards on the covered porch beside the pool. The beach was a two minute stroll down the street. Every question we had was immediately answered by Suzi. We will definitely be returning to this home for years to come. Thank you Suzi for opening up your beautiful home to our family.
