Great location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. We love Grayton and we love this side of the beach. Much less crowded, but still close enough to everything. Would love it if there was a nice walk through to get to the main drag, but did not find one. House was plenty of space. Kitchen has so many cabinets, we spent a lot of time just looking for things. I would love to have seen cushions on the pool furniture, but it was very nice, sturdy furniture. Pool is a nice option, but know for the time we went, it is only in the sun during first half of the day. Beds were fine, bathrooms were nice, was very nice to have a half bath on main level. Management was very attentive to any questions or issues we had. Two very minor downfalls. The main living space is huge (tall) so everything is very loud. If we had small children, I probably wouldnât stay here for the noise factor. The other thing is a few kitchen items were definitely lacking. To be fair, there are plenty of other things that we would never even think of needing, that were available. Bring all of your own spices, no salt or pepper or anything else. We also needed a water pitcher and did not have one. We bought one and left it, so hopefully it stays there for the next renters. Overall, we would rent this house again.
