Ocean Pearl is a wonderful & charming cottage in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea on 30A. Sitting only a 1-2 minute walk to the deeded beach access, we are the second cottage on the second street, close to the access.

This home is very welcoming with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, open style floor plan, smart TVs, and a screened in porch to enjoy your days or nights. A king bed in the master, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two sets of twin bunk-beds in the 3rd bedroom, this cottage can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably.

This one-story cottage has all you need for the perfect family vacation or long-weekend with your friends. We're located toward the quieter, eastern end of 30A, which typically sees less traffic than stretches further west. The shops and dining of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, the Big Chill, Seaside and Grayton Beach, are minutes away.

If you decide to rent chairs from the vendor you can then sit there with as many people you have in your party***
