Bikes & beach gear in shed! Quick walk to community pool & beach access.

Seaclusion is located in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea & only steps to the community pool. Deeded access to the white sands of the worlds most beautiful beaches are a 3-4 minute walk across the street from the neighborhood. We also have a public access within a 5 minute walk if you do not want to rent chairs at the private access. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests max. There is a shed with at least 1 beach cart, 4 chairs, 4 adult beach cruisers & items you can use at the beach.

Home Features:

3 Bedrooms (King, Queen & Bunk with twin over full and trundle), 3 Baths (walk-in shower in master/guest en suite bathrooms & bath/shower in hall bathroom), Fully Equipped Kitchen with Granite countertops & stainless appliances, Private Porches on both Floors with outdoor seating, Wireless Internet, Full size Washer & Dryer, Central Air, Towels & Bed Linens, Smart TVs in the Living Room & all Bedrooms.

***Please note that Magnolia Cottages has deeded access to the beach but you will need to walk to the public beach to the right of the walkover. If you decide to rent chairs from the vendor you can then sit there with as many people you have in your party***

Wonderful family spot

Wonderful spot for a family. Comfortable and clean space, short and easy walk to beach, extremely convenient to pool. Loved the included beach amenities (chairs, toys, wagon)…were very helpful. Will stay again!

Great beach house!

Great location and cozy beach house. This was our 2nd time staying in this house. Very clean and well stocked with beach chairs, toys, etc. highly recommend!

Great Summer Vacay!

Great trip! Plenty of bikes and chairs for beach! Short walk to beach! Waterhouse coffee and wine bar was great to pass by everyday and get a cold drink to go.

If you’re wanting to stay out of the busyness of rosemary and seaside, this is a great choice. Across the street from the ocean in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our week in the home. The house had a great layout and was nicely furnished. It is an easy walk to the beach and very close to the pool. Located between the Hub and Alys beach made for a short drive to both.

Great Stay

We love this neighborhood and this house was fantastic for a week at the beach. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Recommend!

Very Clean and close to the pool and beach!

The property is as advertised! The kitchen has everything you need ~We grilled out most nights while enjoying the screen porch. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Short walk to the beach and very short walk to the pool! We would stay again!

House was great. It was very clean. All the beach gear that was available was awesome. Easy walk to the beach and super close to the pool. Our rental contact Eric was awesome and answered any question very quickly.

Great location and very well equipped

5 of us had a great time, it’s a great location for the beach and a short walk / ride into Rosemary etc. the house had everything we needed, including bikes in the shed and chairs for the beach. Eric was very quick to reply and was great to meet in person. We would highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!

Ida staycation

While we didn’t rent this property for a vacation get away, it was perfect as our home away while Hurricane Ida passed through our home town. We love the Magnolia Cottages and visit this area frequently. This cottage was no exception. Love how quiet and peaceful this area is and Eric was a great host.

Summer vacation 2022

We really enjoyed this property due to the proximity to beach and ease in getting to and from. The house had everything we could need including bikes and extra beach chairs. Our only complaint would be parking. It was very tight and could only accommodate 2 smaller SUVs.

Very Relaxing and Clean!

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. A short bike or drive to Alys and Rosemary to eat and play. The house was very clean and as described. There was everything we needed for our stay with our 3 year old. It was a nice touch to have beach toys! Eric was responsive when we needed assistance and we would stay again in a heartbeat - trying to figure out which weekend will work to come back next year. 30A is our new vacation spot!

Perfect location!

The house had everything we needed and more! It was very comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is just a short 5-6 min walk to the beach and very close to the pool. The owner had beach chairs and an umbrella rented for the week, which made it so convenient and enjoyable. However, should you want to venture out to another near by beach, there is a beach wagon, chairs and toys. There was also a charcoal grill that we used a couple of times during our stay. Beautiful home and we hope to stay here again in the future!!

Beautiful and quaint neighborhood

We love this community and have rented in the community for 5 seasons. October is a great month because it’s off season and the weather is usually beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Sitting on the porch is one of our favorite past times in between walks on the beach. Only negative for this property is troubled WiFi, as we had to restart the router multiple times and it wouldn’t always work. Management company is wonderful to work with and took care of all concerns fast.
