Our resort perks at the clubhouse includes tennis court, sand volleyball, basketball courts, kids splash pad kids play area, and 2 additional pools, lounge area and a picnic pavilion.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes)

Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Minutes away from the new Margaritaville, That offers loads of restaurants and dine in movie theatre as well as a state of the art Water Park and weekends activities such as car shows, flea markets, artisan markets, and free concerts with renowned artists. Also close to 2 wineries and only 30 minutes to Orlando International Airports.

This single-level Orlando area home was designed from the ground up for groups who want more than a place to sleep between rides.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Up to 10 guests spread out across four themed bedrooms and eight beds. Two king bedrooms each feature a smart TV and ceiling fan. The Harry Potter-inspired room offers a full bed and a twin bed, while the Star Wars-themed room has two twin beds. A queen sofa bed in the living area provides flexible overflow sleeping for larger groups.
 
Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, including an ensuite fitted with a jetted soaking tub and bidet - a welcome wind-down after a long day at the parks.
 
Outdoor living
The screened backyard is set up for year-round enjoyment. The private outdoor pool is open 24 hours a day, available all year, with pool heating available as an optional add-on. The private hot tub is also open 24 hours a day year-round - and hot tub heating is included with every reservation at no extra charge. Outdoor furniture and a private BBQ grill - charcoal and electric - round out the patio for leisurely evenings under the Florida sky.
 
Game room & entertainment
When the group stays in, there's no shortage of action. The dedicated game room is air-conditioned and stocked with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and life-size games. The living area features a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Amazon Prime Video, standard cable, Apple TV, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. Board games are on hand for family game nights.
 
Family features
Families with young children are fully catered for. A children's playroom, outdoor playground, crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys for ages 0 to 10+ are all provided. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for home-cooked meals or morning prep before a park day. You'll find a GE refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine are available, with coffee provided. Breakfast is included with your stay. The dining table seats the full group, and BBQ utensils are ready for backyard grilling.
 
Work & connectivity
Stay connected with Wifi and an Ethernet connection. A dedicated workspace in a private room with a door keeps remote work or school separate from the rest of the home.
 
Essentials & access
This pet-friendly home offers a private entrance and self check-in via smart lock. Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional free street parking nearby. Free resort access is included for all guests. The home is stocked with a free washer and dryer, linens, towels, essentials, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, iron, and clothing storage. Two exterior security cameras face outward at the front and back of the property, monitored by ADT - they do not look into any interior spaces.
 

The home has a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is conveniently located right off Highway 27 with easy access to I-4, making it a great commuter location. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Overnight street parking is only allowed with a valid parking pass issued by the HOA. Guests must notify us before check-in if they will need overnight street parking so we can arrange the required pass in advance.

Vehicles parked overnight on the street without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any towing fees or related issues.

Please note that overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
