Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Two separate living areas mean the group can spread out comfortably without tripping over each other. The main living room features a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and standard cable - plenty of options for a quiet evening in. A second family room connects directly to the patio, so inside and outside flow easily into one another. The game room brings its own energy: arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life-size games fill the space, and there's always something for every age group. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection is set up in a private room with its own door.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites each offer a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The fourth is a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds, designed with younger guests in mind. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to 10 guests across the property.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick group breakfast to a proper sit-down dinner. You'll find an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. Coffee is provided to get the morning going. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all stocked. A dining table seats the full group with room to gather.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours, and come with pool toys included. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area round out the space. The private gas BBQ grill is on hand whenever you'd rather cook outside. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. Please note that the backyard is open and not fully fenced.
 
Family-friendly features
Families are well catered for throughout the property. A children's playroom and an outdoor playground give younger guests their own dedicated spaces. A crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, and standalone high chair are always available, alongside children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games. Babysitter recommendations can be provided on request.
 
Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are fully stocked with a bathtub, bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers, and hot water. Cleaning products, essentials, and extra towels are also provided throughout.

Situated in the Orlando Area, the villa puts Florida's most iconic theme parks at your doorstep - Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios), Universal Studios, Universal EPIC Universe, and SeaWorld are all close by. Free resort access gives guests use of a shared gym and lake access for days when the parks aren't calling.
 
Practical details
The villa is pet-friendly and well suited to longer stays. Four driveway parking spaces are available at no charge, with free street parking also nearby. Self check-in is handled via smart lock. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces.

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
