Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

MASTER BEDROOM offers a King bed and faces the pool with sliding door leading to the pool area. Also comes with a smart TV.

Master bathroom offers a bidet and also as access to the pool area and a ceiling fan. With Rain shower head

BEDROOM 2 offers a King bed and is also an ENSUITE and offers a smart TV. Ceiling fan also available

BEDROOM 3 offers a Queen bed with smart TV......Ceiling fan also available

BEDROOM 4 offers 2 single beds and is Toy Story themed with TV. Ceiling fan also available

FAMILY ROOM is off of the kitchen and offers a smart TV and sliding doors to the pool area....Ceiling fan also available

LIVING ROOM...offers a sofa QUEEN bed with memory foarm mattress and work area for Virtual work

KITCHEN....fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters....our oven as a built in air fryer. Our kitchen comes with most items that will be needed for cooking. If there is an item not provided we will try our best to accommodate it if possible.

GAME ROOM.....Our game room is Air Conditioned and has an interchangable table that offers, pool, table tennis and a few more games....Ceiling fan also available....We also offer board games and a few pool toys....We ask that you do not leave pool toys in the pool when not in use. We also have arcade games that you will enjoy during your stay.

OUTDOOR POOL/SPA.....you have the option to get this heated for an extra cost. We service our pools once per week but debris and leaves can get in the pool especially on a very windy day. We also provide a pool skimmer so you can remove any leaves or debris. We offer a paid service if you want the pool to be cleaned again during your stay.

We provide complimentary WIFI, however there maybe times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours especially during bad weather or if the Provider equipment is down.    This however, rarely happens.

This beautiful pool home as a open floor plan with the family room flowing from the kitchen. Lots of outdoor spaces with large patio. Offering 2 master Ensuites. Main master as King bed and faces the pool. Both ensuites as soaking tubs plus a shower. Game room offers pool, ping pong and air hockey table along with board games.

Our pool is outdoors and located in the back yard. It is cleaned weekly and we make every attempt to keep it free of debris and leaves, but at times leaves and debris may end up at the surface especially on a windy day. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these items should you encounter any.

To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and door leading to the garage or game room is open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will automatically turn off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 miuntes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors and the door leading to the garage or game room closed at all times.

Easy accessability to I4 that leads to all Theme parks. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Food delivery by Door dash, uber eats to name a few.
