Perched on the third floor of the Sunchase Beachfront Condos complex, this multi-level condo boasts a stylish interior, custom wood floors, a private balcony, and panoramic views of the Gulf.
Enjoy access to a host of resort-style amenities at Sunchase, including two pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, sauna, and private beach access.
A plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions are within a short walk.
LIVING AREA
After a day at the beach, relax in the stylish living area, appointed with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and a dry bar. Watch a new movie on the 55” cable TV and DVD player.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 50” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a brand-new walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 43” TV with a DVD player. An en-suite second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA
Take in gorgeous views of the Gulf from the private balcony. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two. In the evening, dine alfresco at the patio table for four.
Spend sun-soaked days by the two on-site pools (6’ deep), both are open year-round and one is heated. Enjoy access to a host of resort-style amenities, including a kiddie pool, two tennis courts, a fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, two racquet/handball courts, a sundeck, and private beach access.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors.
