WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
As you enter our vacation rental, you immediately notice the spacious layout. Our living area has a large sectional, perfect for gathering family and friends for a game night. The large-screen TV is excellent for late-night movie nights after a long day at the beach. You'll also notice a window with a great view into the living area. The fantastic outdoor lighting reaches the kitchen area.
The living area gives way to a dining area with seating for 6: 4 chairs and a small bench. An additional 2 stools are located at the breakfast bar, which leads into the fully equipped kitchen. This beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and serve a great home-cooked meal.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A window overlooks the view beyond the patio. The bathroom has a large single sink and a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom features one full bed, one of which has a trundle pull-out bed underneath. There is also a large-screen TV for your entertainment. Your guest will sleep comfortably through the night.
The guest bathroom features a bath/shower combo and a large single sink, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day in the sun.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
