It is nestled in the quiet heart of the Port Aransas and Mustang Island stretch of coast, which features 18 miles of spacious sandy beaches. Your convenient location also places you only a short drive away from town. The sparkling shared pool also has plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. And with golfing, surfing, and Schlitterbahn nearby, there are endless ways to explore this coastal paradise.

After a fun day out and about, come back to your recently remodeled (in June 2023) vacation home, full of new furniture. The open flow of the family room makes entertaining easy. Natural light brightens the sitting area, highlighted by a handsome wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and an 86” TV with cable. A second living area also provides a comfy place to kick back, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat as well as a 75” TV with cable. The well-equipped kitchen has ample counter space to work your culinary magic. Prepare delicious dishes with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, the centrally located dining table seats all of your guests.

Wind down from your exciting days here by indulging in cool coastal breezes on the second-floor covered deck, outfitted with cushioned Adirondack chairs. Or take in the partial Gulf views from the primary balcony, which also features plenty of seating.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
