Récemment rénové avec A / C tout au long de l'unité.

Si vous cherchez le plus bel endroit, romantique dans le monde ce qui peut être elle! Ceci est l'une des rares unités de condominium Puu Poa avec la vue emblématique 'Bali Hai'. Notre condo est situé sur le bord d'une falaise, avec une vue imprenable sur blanc sur l'océan plein d'eau et de montagne qui sont trop beau pour croire.

Le condo (# 311) fait face à l'ouest, les couchers de soleil de façon spectaculaire sur l'océan Pacifique sont la norme. Le condo est immense, plus de 1800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur, avec sa propre supplémentaire de 22 pieds par véranda extérieure de 18 pieds. Il y a aussi une énorme véranda fermée qui permet effectivement de profiter des douches tropicales. Il est décoré dans un style personnalisé Hawaiian rétro avec de nombreuses touches d'artiste d'origine, belle tuile et en granit. Il est plus que suffisant des meubles pour se détendre et faire une sieste dans différents domaines. Le condo a été entièrement rénové, le plus récemment en 2016

Puu Poa est le premier luxe / vue condo sur la rive nord de Kauai, à Princeville. Le St. récemment rénové Regis Hôtel est à seulement verges de la copropriété et tous leurs restaurants (l'un est un restaurant Jean Georges Vongerichten) et leur plage sont à la disposition de nos locataires. Il y a aussi un chemin sinueux à l'incroyablement pittoresque Hideaways plage en dessous de notre bluff, où peut-être le plus beau récif de corail pour snorkling peut être trouvé.

Le fabuleux Makai Golf Course, qui est de 27 trous, dessiné par Robert Trent Jones Jr. est à quelques pas de la porte. Le célèbre prince Golf Course, 18 trous, est à quelques minutes. Le tennis est disponible pour gratuit sur place.

Beautiful!

The condo is extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view at sunset is the best on the island. Check in was very easy and our host Mark was communicative and helpful. Easy walk down to two different beautiful beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and can’t wait to return asap. Mahalo!

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, the sound of the ocean and wind, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, quiet (most of the time), owner communicative and easy to work with. Its hard to to find words that can describe it adequately. We absolutely loved it from the moment we arrived and will definitely plan on a repeat visit in the future.

Princeville Deluxe

The incredible views, comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen provided a fabulous setting for a wonderful vacation. After enjoying different beaches in the area we would return to relax either poolside or on the deck. The air conditioning was delightful on hot days. The owners guide and instructions about the condo, the area and restaurant suggestions were thorough and helpful. We shall return.

Piece of Paradise!

Perfect accommodation for our Romantic getaway! But this fully equipt condo had plenty of room for another couple. Everything you need to feel right at home was there. Great appliances for cooking and dining in. Comfortable bedding. Updated furniture. The views are breathtakingly beautiful, and property is located exactly where you want to be on this island. We golfed 5 rounds and snorkeled/swam. All were within walking distance. And a short drive to Hanalei Bay for calmer beach. We will be booking another stay next year. Loved our time there! Oh and the owners were very thoughtful in providing suggestions for dining and activities and any little questions we had. Great property owners!

Fantastic Property!

We totally loved the condo, and it was in a perfect location. We watched the sunset nightly over Hanalei Bay nightly from the lanai. We were steps from One Hotel with beautiful grounds, food and views. The condo was immaculate, spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. The owner provided a wealth of information before we arrived. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Spectacular location and best views of Bali Hai!

The condo is perfect! The kitchen had everything, the living rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture. I can’t think of anything missing that would have enhanced our stay. We have been going to Princeville for 30 plus years and this is by far the best condominium we have stayed in. You will be quite happy with this choice!!!

Fantastic condo with a spectacular view!

We had an absolutely amazing stay!! This condo was perfection! It was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The sunsets are spectacular and we even woke up to a double rainbow the very first morning! It’s less than 10 minutes from Hanalei and also super close to some of the best snorkeling beaches on the North Shore. The owners were incredibly communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. We will absolutely be back again! Mahalo!

The condominium was as advertised. Beautiful view, convenient location and a well maintained and appointed unit. Book this property!

WOW was our reaction when we walked through the front doors. Panoramic views of Bali Hai and pacific ocean from solarium and lanai. If you are a group of 2-4 people book this property! Kitchen/dinging area/living room/lanai are great spaces and very well equipped. The property is in top condition and communications with the owner were simple and very helpful. Don't foget to snorkel at Hideaway Beach which is below the property. Amaing snorkeling with the most healthy coral we have seen in sometime.

My Birthday in Paradise

This was the most spectacular location to stay on the north shore of Kauai. Best. View. Ever. The condo was clean and large and just so lovely. What a great host. It's a very short walk to the oh-so-expensive hotel and we celebrated my birthday there. Fantastic. Mahalo.

Fantastic 1st Time Trip to Princeville

The condo's location couldn't have been better! Exactly as described and the communication with the property owner was exceptional. They provided a detailed explanation of the condo as well as some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The views were incredible and close to a lot of great activities. We will definitely be back!

Can I give more than 5 stars?

Wowwowwow! The property, the location, the VIEWS and the owner…all top notch! Knowing that our first week of vacation was to take place on Maui before heading to Princeville, Mark was gracious enough to reach out to us to see if we wanted to arrive earlier than planned because of the Lahaina fires. All communication with Mark was clear, timely and helpful. The property itself is exceptional; clean, well-stocked with amenities (in the kitchen and for the beach), a beautiful, LARGE lanai and again, that view! We were fortunate enough to catch many incredible rainbows and sunsets from our lanai each day. This location in Pu’u Poa will be our Go To each time we return to Kauai…thank you, Mark, for helping to make our memories of this trip to Kauai particularly special ones…mahalo!

Wonderful place!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect to give the best views of the ocean and Bali Hai. Sunsets were amazing as was star gazing at night. Communication with Mark the owner was very good. He was very helpful on suggestions for restaurants and activities. Condo was very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again if we’re fortunate to come back.

Amazing few days

We spent 5 nights here and it was the perfect end to a two week Hawaii vacation. The location of the condo is perfect, an easy walk to the beach, pool and a few restaurants. Very easy to drive to Hanalei Bay. If you plan on eating in, the kitchen has everything you'll need. The host provides lots of information about the condo and local area and will answer any questions you have. If I'm ever back in Kauai, I'll definitely stay here!

Perfect vacation!

Seamless check in, superb information from Mark. The view from the lanai and atrium is breathtaking! Excellent A. C....it's one of the reasons we picked this property. It kept the condo cool & comfortable for our stay (along with the many ceiling fans). The path down to Hideaways beach was challenging but doable for me (I'm short with weak ankles and I don't like hiking) in water shoes. My husband and 15 year old son (both quite tall) found it easy in flip flops/ bare feet. In case you're wondering, it was worth it! I can't say enough about what great hosts Mark and Lynn were. Any time i reached out with a question, Mark replied very quickly and helpfully. The space is comfortable, with plenty of places to sit, and a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen (important to us because we like to cook on vacation). The beds were comfortable, and all 3 of us slept really well. Princeville is a great location for exploring Kauai. We have already decided as a family that when we return, we would love to book this unit again. Thanks again, Mark and Lynn!

Wow! What an amazing place!

This property was exquisite. Everything from check in to check out was easy and met all of my expectations. The condo was immaculate, well supplied, and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The view was fantastic - from the full ocean view to the gorgeous Bali High views. I ate breakfast on the lanai every morning. One notable surprise was a that I was able to see an amazing view of an almost totally dark sky from the lanai. I spent two evenings laying on a lawn chair and gazing up at the Milky Way and the southern constellations. I have stayed at a number of Hawaii properties and this was exceptional and worth every penny.

The Puu Poa condo complex is the premier condo complex on Kauai. Our unit is one of just a handful at Puu Poa with the iconic Bali Hai view and closest proximity to the ocean. It is large and beautifully appointed. ALSO, One of the few units with A/C throughout the condo (4 Mitsubishi split units). Due west sunset views

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Lynn and I have a son, daughter-in-law and grand daughters living on Kauai so we come and visit as often as we can. The condo has the feel of a home rather than a 'rental condo package' and it is appointed and equipped like our home. Again, one of the few units with A/C throughout condo.
