Bienvenue à Stella West! Ceci est une maison de location de vacances magnifique, propre et contemporain dans le centre ensoleillé de Scottsdale! Situé dans un quartier calme établi.

Cette maison contemporaine de 4 chambres peut accueillir 8 adultes confortablement.
Dès l'entrée, vous êtes accueillis par une grande salle familiale avec beaucoup de sièges réunis autour d'une cheminée et une grande télévision à écran plat. La salle familiale mène à une cuisine ouverte et à une salle à manger. La cuisine est joliment rénovée et comprend toutes les nécessités pour préparer des repas fantastiques pendant que vous êtes à Scottsdale.

Chacune des quatre chambres comprend un lit supplémentaire confortable, et beaucoup de rangement pour tout ce que vous apportez!

La maison comprend une laveuse / sécheuse éconergétique dans la salle de lavage intérieure. A l'extérieur, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine de plongée pétillante et rafraîchissante (piscine chauffée et bain à remous en supplément). Strictement pas d'animaux ou de fumer autorisé.

Awesome stay for a big group!

We had 13 girls here and had an awesome time. The backyard was spacious along with the inside of the house. Make sure to buy extra toilet paper because there was not a lot. Would stay again!

Great Property

This was a great property. It has everything you need for a great basecamp in the Phoenix area. Also nice that it's on a cul-de-sac and a larger lot. The putting green is nice, as well as the pool, and horseshoes. Accommodations were perfect.

Clean, comfortable and awesome pool area

We rented this house for a family get together. It was comfortable, clean, and had all of the necessities. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time on the patio. It's in a great location, close to top golf, casino, and Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely rent it again without hesitation.

Great stay in Scottsdale

The house was perfect for us - 3 couples and one baby. We really enjoyed hot AZ days in the pool, cooking great meals, and spending lots of time together. The house is really close to Top Golf (which the guys loved) and walking distance to a running/walking path. I would definitely recommend this house to someone looking to stay in Scottsdale with all the amenities of home.

Wedding get together

Flew our family of 6 into PHX to meet our son's wife. Balloon fest was close, Old Scottsdale, Talking Stick and TopGolf are nearby! The house was great, everything worked well, and the pool and hot tub provided plenty of entertainment.

It was perfect

The location of this property is ideal to so many attractions: Old Town for dining, Camelback Mountain for hiking, baseball stadiums for Spring Training, and numerous golf courses. The pool in the back yard was refreshing and the shaded eating area was so nice when it got too hot. My only complaint is that the mattresses weren't the best.

Great Backyard & Location!

We enjoyed our stay! House (especially kitchen) was well equipped, had everything to make any type of meal. Traveled in Jan. so didnt get to use pool but it was very nice. Large yard and nice patio area. Lower level bedroom, bath & living space a huge plus - traveling with my daughter and her husband, grandson. Gave them lots of private space. Carson (owner) was available and assisted with questions/concerns with hot tub. I really appreciate the house having paper products and cleaning/laundry supplies!! I rent often via VRBO & AIRBNB, many homes will offer very limited supplies which forces you to run to the market almost immediately upon arrival! Beds, linens were decent, fair amount of towels. Only complaint was lack of tv's in all bedrooms. We're a group that likes to catch-up on sports, news at night/mornings, without having to go to the living room. (Master did have one) We stayed 7 nights; had 2 college age children, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and my husband and I, we had plenty of room. House works well for families, girls/guys trip but also with lower level space would be comfortable to share with another couple. Short drive to many bars, restaurants and Old Town. $6.00 uber to nightlife, clubs/bars. Walking distance grocery, coffee, convenient store, CVS. Neighborhood seemed safe, friendly.

Nice property but not as expected

The VRBO manager that I was in contact with changed from the time I booked to the time of the trip. Photos of the house showed a few different bedroom photos than what they looked like in photos closer to the time of the trip date, as well as a pool slide. There was no slide at the home. The hot tub was not working but the pool maintenance man comes every other week so thankfully he came when we were there and I had him look at the hot tub and he did fix it. Getting the pool heated in October is not going to make it warm. It was still very chilly. We were told there was a code to enter the front door, however the code didn't work when we arrived and I had to call the property manager to find out another way to enter the home. There was one key which was hard with 12 people staying in the house and coming and going at different times. The interior of the house was extremely clean, the water pressure was great, the heating & cooling worked well. The beds were so comfortable and the tvs worked all appliances were A+! The yard was beautiful and the neighborhood was super safe! Loved our experience here, minus the diff bedrooms than pictured, the heated but chilly pool and the broken hot tub and the lack of ease to use the code to enter and lock the home.

Girls weekend retreat

House and yard were very easy to locate and access. The property manager was also very responsive to our requests. The yard has perfect natural sunlight in morning and gets great partial shade in afternoon. The beds are very comfy as is furniture. However, the back gate was being repaired upon our arrival with workers using house outlet for tools (would have liked a heads up on this). The pool was also dirty and we had to request service for cleaning. Overall the house needs some attention. The yard light post does not work and the light on outside of patio do not all come on. The slide is also non functional and according to pool guy should be removed. The kitchen has basics but expect to bring ziplocks, tin foil and Saran. If you are looking for location this is very close to Scottsdale.

This house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of sleeping options, so much space to spread out, the location was only a quick 10 min Uber to old town, and the outdoor space was amazing. We spent most of our time in the back yard. The hot tub & pool we’re perfect! We opted to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Safe to say we spent most of the day outside lounging. I would absolutely stay here again.
