This was such a great house and one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. Property management was awesome and so helpful and responsive. House is updated and so clean and just a beautiful home and backyard. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Baseball staycation

Perfect house for my family and friends to stay in while we had a baseball tournament!! The kitchen with the dinning room table was a huge hit for us all to hang out, relax and cook!! Would definitely recommend it had everything we were looking for!

Great Place

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. House was very clean, heated pool and hot tub were great and very responsive communication with property management. Quiet neighborhood and nice location in north Scottsdale make this a highly recommended place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

Myself and my adult children stayed at this property for a long weekend recently. The property was very clean, well maintained, and overall very nice! The backyard was large with a great pool and hot tub and a very nice place to hang out. There was a minor issue with the hot tub while we were there and the property manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I will definitely return to this property for a stay in the future!

This house was exactly as it shows in pictures. It was clean and nice. We did experience some issues with the hot tub, but the owner was very attentive and quick to resolve.

Scottsdale stay for equine event at westworld

This house was perfect for our group! Convenient to WestWorld, great Pool right next to house, great outdoor eating area, very comfy beds( yup ALL of them!), great service and communication. Kitchen was very adequate and spacious. TV’s worked great. Nice neighborhood-plenty of parking for 3 cars.

Fails on Details

I truly love the lay out it's an aborable & perfect house for family function overflow I have a place less than a mile away. This house has such awesome potential only if the owner had a more thorough & reliable cleaning/assistant service we ran into several dirty areas especially in the kitchen & bathrooms, salt & pepper shakers as well as kitchen cabinet pulls were quite nasty from previous cooking! Old dried tooth paste on bathroom counter & only one waste paper basket in the master bedroom back in the water closet it's a big room. The yard was lacking with a broken hot tub jets are missing center portion of jets when on the water bubbled up & out everywhere over edge of tub. Welcome book was too wordy giving instructions & reminding you, you could be fined for various things & welcome book needs updating there's no pool vaccume in pool & welcome book pages were stained & falling out of the binder. I will stay here again because over all the location having a pool & house size, furnishing & decor inside very nice!

Mostly great, a few things to note

Our group of 7 adults enjoyed our stay. The sleeping accommodations were excellent, but the bedrooms didn't have dressers for clothing, which would have been helpful. 1 of the bathrooms was tiny, while the primary bathroom was HUGE! The 3rd bathroom was a normal size & setup. The kitchen had the basics, enough to cook meals, but wasn't super stocked. Specifically, we could have used more kitchen towels as well as baggies, saran wrap, tin foil, etc. We had issues with the pool & spa heater. Property management came out to check on things, but didn't receive the same error on the pump that we did. Only 1 (pool or spa) could be heated at a time, & the cut off time for both to be heated was 8pm, though we requested this be changed to 10pm & management updated this for us. This didn't pose much of an issue, but we did find it sort of strange, especially since we specifically picked a property that had a heated pool. A big complaint is regarding construction at the next door neighbor's home during our stay. We understand this was out of the control of the property management company, but made things pretty unpleasant on 2 of the days. We couldn't hear each other over the jackhammering & there were dust clouds blowing over the fence into our yard. It was gross & hindered our ability to enjoy the backyard & we have no idea what we were breathing in. All that being said, we would consider staying here again. The neighborhood was nice, safe, & an ideal location for us.

Loved everything about it!

This house was fantastic! It was immaculate in cleanliness, everything was as described, and the house was fully stocked with whatever we needed! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and yard were AMAZING! We had a few questions on the property during the stay and the property manager was so responsive! We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely, relaxing time in Scottsdale

Good location - Easy access to highways and shopping. The house itself is true to the photos- very tastefully decorated and functional for a family vacation. The pool and yard were great for our family. We had a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we next make it to Scottsdale.
