This condo features two bathrooms: one is located inside the master bedroom, and the other is en suite to the twin bedroom. The guest bedroom with the full bed does not have its own bathroom, so guests staying in this room will need to access one of the other bedrooms to use a bathroom. Additionally, please note that this guest bedroom is compact and does not have any closet space.

Conveniently located on the main beach of Playa Del Carmen, just one block from the bustling 5th Avenue shopping district, this condo offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement. Due to its location next to restaurants and bars, you could experience some noise at this location. We do not offer refunds for noise issues. -Extra Parking Fee - 15 USD per night - Subject to availability
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-The beach condition changes everyday, weather and hurricanes tend to affect how wide the sand area is in our photos and sometimes the water reaches up to the deck.
