Welcome to this luxury condominium managed by Nasplaya. With 3 bedrooms ideal for 6 people, it offers amenities such as 3 private balconies, a small pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with spectacular ocean views. Located in El Faro Residences, a private beachfront complex with access to pool and beach.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a closet, and a private balcony with impressive views of the ocean and the complex where incredible sunsets can be enjoyed. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, a full bathroom with access to the terrace, and a separate entrance to the complex. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a private bathroom.
The shared spaces of this condominium will be very comfortable, as it has a fully equipped kitchen, a drinking water tap, and a refrigerator stocked with drinking water. There is also a separate dining room, a living room with a flat-screen TV and access to a balcony with an ocean view, equipped with a plunge pool, beach chairs, and an outdoor dining area.
The infinity pool is complemented by loungers and umbrellas, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. If you prefer swimming in the ocean, the property offers direct beach access. This condominium is located next to the iconic Playa del Carmen lighthouse, on Calle 10 and the beach, just two blocks (a minute walking) from the famous Fifth Avenue, where you will find a variety of dining and shopping options.
