Renovated 2 bedroom in a private home on a quiet street in close proximity to NJ transit for your commute to and from NY. This unit is equipped with two queen size beds, and a futon sofa bed. The unit is also wifi accessible with 3 smart TV's throughout allowing you to connect to all of your streaming applications. New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen including full gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

Cozy Apartment

This place felt like home. The check-in was very good and this place felt like home. Had everything we need to cook and very cozy apartment. Would absolutely book if you’re visiting New York.

Cozy home

The house was very close to the downtown area that allowed us to get to and from our venue without any problems. We often took a ride share and left our cars at the house. The house was extremely clean and secure which made us comfortable. It’s a great place to just relax, catch up with friends and easy enough to get into the city. It was also easy to communicate with the owner.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy walk or drive to the Edison Lab and public transportation. Nice park at the end of the road. Property manager was responsive.

Frustrating and Disappointed

We were accused of stealing a plastic plant, which is about the most absurd thing that one could possibly imagine, as we personally find plastic plants to be tacky and unattractive. We were also penalized for being 33 minutes late departing, part of that tardiness was due to our being conscientious about taking the trash out and stripping the beds for the owners convenience, and we were accused of being an hour late. Without consulting us the owner sued our insurance for this for several hundred dollars. We would not recommend this rental to anyone, there was no off -street parking. Due to trash pickup we had to move the car every day by 9am The windowsills were filthy, and I had an allergic reaction to the glade deodorizer. There was no place to sit outside. There was no toilet paper in addition to there being no shampoo or conditioner, and no bath soap. When we brought these items to the owners attention, we were met not with proper customer service, but with defensiveness telling us that they had received five star ratings from everyone else. Very poor customer service.

The only thing positive experience about this place was the host. The suite could use a lot of upgrades. There were lack of kitchen supplies ie. cutting board, oven mits, dish detergent, dish cloth. I had to buy so much stuff to accommodate my stay as if I lived there. The water from the sink were hotter than the shower water. My linen was dirty but the host fixed it. The shower curtain had mildew on it and the shower mat was dirty. The tub itself looked un clean. Also there were bugs and nats flying around that I kept having to kill and it was extremely cold in the house. Basically the price I had paid for my stay was not worth it.

Excellent home away from home

We really enjoyed our short getaway. The property was lovely and well kept. The space was very nice. Brand new appliances in the kitchen were a joy to use.

Great VRBO and host!

The unit was spacious and clean. The host was very informative about events for the weekend and street parking. The host was very responsive and attentive. The only constructive feedback I have to inform guests of work being done on the premises during stay, potential noise due to contractors working, and temporary alterations. However, I will say that when I contacted the host , he was very prompt with ensuring the matter was remedied. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay again.

Beautiful home

The home is gorgeous, and parking was incredibly easy for me (might have been lucky but I found street parking right outside the front door) Would definitely recommend this home
