Whether you're in town for UT sports or a family vacation in the mountains, this unique home is a perfect spot for your large group to enjoy the best of Eastern Tennessee!
This home is part of a triplex. Your unit is completely separate from the other two units on the property, and the driveway is the only shared amenity with three private entrances to your unit (driveway door, front door, and back patio door).
You will have room to park up to 4 cars. This property will not be a fit for you if you need to bring more than 4 cars.
No groups of motorcycles. This is a residential neighborhood, and being a great neighbor is our highest priority.
Great place about 15 min from campus. Spacious & perfect for our large group of family visiting our Volunteer. House was well equipped
& host was fantastic.
Great place to stay. I had 5 adults and we had plenty of room. House was close to wedding venue. Everything was clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again if I needed this much room.
Great stay. Family from California flew into Knoxville for a wedding. Great location for access to Ancient Lore Village (wedding venue) the airport and downtown. Rooms were large and all amenities were appreciated. If in Knoxville we would stay again.
Great property! Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the amenities provided by host. Anything you could possibly need; you were able to find in the home, down to ear swabs and cotton balls in all the bathrooms!
I loved the place. My only problem was that it was not handicap accessible. I would recommend putting railings where ever you have stairs and at least one of the bathrooms with pull up bars. We had one person in our party that was handicap and he fell twice.
We just stayed for 3 nights during UTK graduation weekend. Ages 28-83. Perfect for a large group! 5 generous sized bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and huge first level living space with an enormous kitchen and tons of room for gathering with 2 full sofas, a futon sofa, 2 comfortable recliners, and a huge high top table with 8 additional chairs. The place was spotless, and we found everything we needed from a cutting board to coffee filters. Location is very close to the airport and quite a few eating establishments, but we loved the flexibility of everyone being able to eat at the house as well. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens and towels were top-notch. Our only issue was with the age of some of our guests, they had difficulty navigating the stairs to the upper level as there was no hand-rail and the 2nd set of steps seemed a little taller than normal. But other than that, we loved it and it was exactly what we needed for the weekend!
I rate this home 3 stars because it is clean, functioning and decent. If the manager lived here for a few days with a family, I think great improvements would be made.
The rooms are sparsely decorated and furnished. Advertised to sleep 12 people, it is not really furnished for 12, which a careful look at the photos shows. We had to move furniture around to get 9 people at a meal, and in the living room we sat on the floor. The large patio could be developed to be really enjoyable. There is only one bedside lamp among the five bedrooms.
We were advised to bring toilet paper and paper towel, as there is a limited supply, even though the house was rented to a large group for three days. It's not convenient to have to buy these things for yourself.
The house was as presented, and the management was attentive, but the house was not in four or five star category yet. Great potential to become a really nice property.
Great location to Knoxville Convention Center where we attend LMU OTD program graduation. One hour from Gaitlenberg.
Plenty of room for 12 people with 3. King size beds and 1 queen and 2 doubles including sheets and pillows. May need to bring blankets if you are a cold person since no blankets on the beds but comforters included.
The manager of the property was easy to get a hold of and attentive to ours need some more towels.
Supplies toilet paper ( 2 rolls) per bathroom, so bring toilet paper and paper towels.
Will need more kitchen towels to wipes dishes and he was aware of the fire alarm over the downstairs bathroom in the kitchen , go off when use in the toaster and opening the oven door.
Parking was sufficient for 4 cars but when parking under the tree next to the home, you will get tress sap on your car.
Overall, the house was comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 12. Has 2 table for eating and a fold out table in the laundry room for entertaining. The grill is charcoal not propane, but sufficient to cook steak and hamburger, but takes a while to heat.
This was a great place to stay. Close to Knoxville. Ample beds and rooms. Kitchen was spacious and had kitchenware for eating cooking etc. would stay here again.
Awesome house for a football weekend in Knoxville with ease of access to campus down Alcoa Highway. The Unit A we stayed in was spacious and plenty of bathrooms for nine of us. Brenden was the best host we have had the pleasure of interacting with whether it was answering questions or addressing any minor issue. We would definitely stay here again. DAB
