This rustic Studio Bungalow is nestled among tropical plants behind a high fence with 2 other cottages. The feeling of privacy is so special right here in the heart of Ocean Beach.

Ocean Beach Bungalow is situated just minutes from Newport Avenue with all the eclectic shops, antique stores and incredible restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, family residential and you can walk just half a block to the end of the street for amazing ocean views from the Cliffs.

The space
Just one block over is the path around the cliffs where you can stroll to town or to the beach – it just couldn't be more fun for all the family.

Enjoy our Beach Cruises for Biking into town or just seeing the sights.

The Ocean Beach Bungalow features a brand new Tempurpedic Mattress on a Queen Size bed with 52-in Flat Screen TV, satellite, lots of closet space and crisp clean linens provided.

Our Kitchenette provides a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you need. There is a electric skillet and toaster oven available for your use as well if needed.

Outside is the covered patio where there is a gas grill with side burner.

After dinner relax in the jacuzzi found just outside your door. The jacuzzi is shared with the OB Tropics Cottage & the Ocean Palms Cottage.

We are pet friendly but it is important to remember that the yard is shared and so your dog may not run free in the yard without supervision at all times.
Pet Fee: $40/Night

Tire your pet out with a visit to dog beach just a few minute drive down the street.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.

There will be a $40/night pet fee for any pets

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.
