Notre villa est dĂ©corĂ©e, meublĂ©e et maintenue Ă  des normes Ă©levĂ©es. Nous avons une piscine privĂ©e blindĂ© (permettant le soleil dans, tout en gardant bugs) avec bassin un peu profondes 'kiddies de joint. Cette surplombe le lac (pĂȘche autorisĂ©e). BBQ & meubles de patio fourni. accĂšs Internet et une salle de jeux avec table de ping pong / tennis de table, hockey sur table, table de billard, flĂ©chettes. Off street parking pour 2 voitures. La villa est situĂ©e sur la communautĂ© de Eagle Pointe Sud, juste au sud de l'autoroute 192 et Ă  12-20 minutes en voiture de toutes les attractions principales. Les cĂŽtes Est et Ouest sont Ă  environ 90 minutes de route, tout comme le Centre spatial Kennedy Ă  Cap Canaveral. Il ya plus de 15 terrains de golf Ă  20 minutes de route, et un centre Ă©questre se trouve Ă  seulement quelques minutes.

We are returners to this villa. It was as fabulous as I remembered. A very clean villa and pool with a lovely view of the lake. Well stocked with linens, cooking pots etc. Shops and restautants just 5 mins drive away. A great place to relax after a busy day visiting the parks. I was lucky enough to see an eagle early one morning sat on the roof of a villa opposite. We has no rain during our stay and the temp was in the mid 80s F - perfect! I can recommend this villa and we will book again the next time we visit Florida.

Second time around

We stayed here as a family two years ago and had a great time. We booked it again as soon as we got home and have just had another fantastic family holiday. The pool was a big hit on both occasions, particularly with my grandsons, both waterbabies!

Excellent stay

We had a brilliant stay here, house is a great size, really clean with a lovely pool. Great communication with the owner and brilliant location overlooking the lake. We're so disappointed it's not available when we return next year as we would definitely stay again. Highly recommended, no negative points at all.

Fantastic villa

Stayed for 10 days in May and couldn’t have found a better Villa. Communication from host from day one was spot on and was very approachable when we needed questions answering when out there. Was a short drive from everything you needed. Facilities there were great just like being at home, perfectly clean and super comfortable beds.

Great Getaway!

Beautiful Property

My family, my friends, and myself came to Kissimmee for a Mother's Day getaway and we all LOVED this house. The pool was amazing, the location of the property was perfect for shopping, entertainment, and dining. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was adequately stocked, with appliances, for all our needs. I definitely want to rent this property again!!

Exceptional villa

Spotlessly clean, amazing views of the lake. We saw humming birds, a turtle and an osprey. The kitchen is well equipped, loads of towels and spare bedding. I will never stay anywhere else in Florida :) The location is quiet but only 5 mins to Walmart and the main strip thro Kissimmee. A perfect location and highly recommended. We will return.

beautiful villa

the photos dont do this villa justice. it was amazing. From walking in the front door to the stunning view from the pool it had everything.We have been going to florida for over 20 years and this was the best view ever. We are coming to Florida next year and will certainly look to see if this villa is available .

Perfect, just perfect!

Cannot fault this property, it had everything we needed and was convenient for everywhere we wanted to go, it was perfect in every way. A lot of thought has clearly gone into making it a home from home, it had all the things you'd expect from a Florida villa with lots of extras. Instructions and communication were faultless. We were a family group of six adults. Absolutely recommend!

Relaxing!!

We had a great stay here, Richard is prompt and nice. This was our first experience coming to Florida and not staying in a hotel and I must say, I don’t think my kids will ever want to stay in one again. It was a beautiful clean 4 bedroom house we were able to spread out and get some alone time when needed and has a nice living room for time for games and hanging out together. Not to mention the pool that was outback with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much!!

Cozy House with Beautiful Sunset

We had a wonderful time at The Eagle Point house. It feels very cozy for our family of three, but actually roomy enough to accommodate a lot more people. The house is very clean and well-kept. It was a great home for us to come back to after spending time at the theme parks. The pool overlooking the lake was definitely the highlight of the house. The sunset on the lake is so mesmerizing. Communication with the owner was also fast and easy. We hope to return to Orlando soon and be able to rent this property again.

An amazing property!

We stayed for 3 weeks in July and August 2024, and had a fabulous time. The villa was clean, spacious and exactly as it looks on the photos. We loved this property. It was great to be able to come back from the theme parks and have our own private pool to relax in. We enjoyed walking around the lake, and relaxing both inside and outside the villa. We had a few questions whilst we were there and Richard responded quickly to emails, which was excellent. We are heading the the west coast next year, but will definitely be back to Florida soon after, and would love to stay in this property again . The location was excellent! Thank you.

We purchased the property from new in November 1999 when our daughters were only 4 year old, and 6 months old. We are based in the UK but usually manage to get out to the villa 2 or 3 times per year.
We are extremely house proud and keep the villa to a high standard. Fortunately, over the years, our guests have also respected the property and we have many returning guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Everyone that visits the property comments upon the peaceful location and superb site on the lake.
We are not overlooked and the wildlife in the area (eagles, cranes, turtles etc) add to the beauty.

A well maintained and resourced villa with superb sunsets, yet within easy reach of all the tourists attractions.
