Magnifique Townhone au Bella Vida Resort

Maison de ville trois chambres au Bella Vida Resort, Kissimmee, FL.
Notre maison a une cuisine complète, salon, salle à manger, buanderie et une pataugeoire au premier étage. Les chambres sont au deuxième étage. Nous avons une suite king mastersuite, 2 chambres (chacune avec deux lits simples) et salle de bains. La maison est très proche du clubhouse de la station balnéaire où se trouvent une salle de sport, un centre d’affaires, une grande piscine Jacuzy, un terrain de volley-ball, un mini-terrain de basket-ball et une aire de jeux.

The townhome is lovely. The small pool is a plus, but due to no side rail, we were unable to get into water. Everything else about the property is excellent.

Comfortable stay

Great property for walking, convenient location close to stores/restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room with 3 bedrooms upstairs and half bath downstairs. Small private pool also very close to clubhouse with large pool, beach chairs, volleyball and playground.

February getaway

Arrived in the dark and had a little trouble finding it initially but once we had we were not disappointed. All as advertised, lovely townhouse. Excellent communication from booking and very prompt response to all my annoying questions! Thank you!

Fun family getaway

The house is very clean and well equipped! Was perfect for our visit to the SeaWorld parks. Splash pool was relaxing at the end of our days. Will definitely return to this property when visiting the Orlando area.

Enjoyed our stay

Our first impression was how tidy everything was when we entered. We felt welcomed and excited to be there. The small outdoor enclosed pool area was the highlight of the property.

Great property

The townhome was as listed, clean and with ample supplies. Centrally located for attractions, food, and entertainment. The location of the townhome within the resort was also in a great location near the pool, clubhouse, volleyball, basketball, and walking trail. The check in, entering, and exiting process was easy. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Pool was tiny. Beds were firm. Rooms were clean. Coffee maker needs a new filter. Over-all it was a great place to stay

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and beautiful, clean home. Very family friendly. The unit is located very close to the playground and community pool. We did have an issue checking in, however the owner was able to get this handled within an hour. We will come back again!

Great Location

This was such a great place to stay. My family and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean and ready when we checked in. It had everything we needed. We will be coming back in the future. The location was also great. Not far from finding things to do. And just around the corner from a Walmart! It was perfect for my little family.

The house is in an excellent location. It well maintained and had e everything we needed. The house was super clean and sanitized. All the towels were wrapped waiting to be used. The pool is small. However, it was perfect for us traveling with little kids. I recommend this house and would definitely stay again in my next trip to Orlando.

Kissimmee vacation

The property was excellent and the owner was always quick to respond to me. The only thing that was discouraging was one of the guards at the front gate was very rude and yelled at us for checking in because she wanted a break We had to talk to someone else the next day to get the instructions for coming through the gate

Amazing property!!!!

I would definitely recommend this property. It is safe, very clean and fully stocked home in a beautiful community. We got in late and access was easy. Dining and shopping is close, you can literally take a stroll to Walmart and i loved that. The property owner is friendly and we didn't have any issues during our stay. Snacks and various tea/coffee was on the counter top. All bath towels were wrapped in plastic like they were brand new, as a person with a hospitality background, i was pleasently suprised and impressed. The pool was a bonus to the awesome property. Wifi, A/C and TV's all worked with no issues. You will NOT be disappointed. My family and i loved the space.

Great place great location

Property was as described. Will def look to stay again next trip! The house was beautiful and everyone had a great stay at this property! Clean, up to date, no bug issues, a/c kept house cool in July. Did have one minor issue but was extremely impressed with the response! I messaged the property manager or property owner?? And within 5 minutes there was a knock at the door from maintenance guy. He assessed the issue, departed to get the needed tools/supplies and returned a few minutes later and fixed the problem! The bed frame middle legs were broken, most likely from last guest, would have been difficult to identify unless using the bed. Issues - tv in one of bedrooms wasn’t connected to anything and ice maker didn’t work but there were a couple ice cube trays and the tvs in every other room worked nicely! I give this property a 9.5/10 rating, def recommend staying here!! Thank you!

Orlando spring break vacation

Pros: The property manager was very responsive and the community amenities are very nice. The neighborhood pool has a hot tub as well. The kitchen is also decently stocked (I’ve never had champagne glasses in a vrbo). Check in process is so easy. Price is reasonable. Cons Location - if you’re going to seaworld Orlando traffic makes this location trickier. It’s closer to Disney parks. Ants. The owner sent out the exterminator but we were still finding them in any open food (meaning we bought a box of Krispy Kreme donuts, sat the closed box on the counter and those things were all in the box the next morning …. Found them in the dishwasher and in another bag of chips that we had opened, but rolled down) Temperature - I keep my AC on 70 at home and run fans. The unit hvac is locked and won’t go below 72 and the only ceiling fan is in the living room. It could get a bit warm. Box fans would help. It’s probably the end of the rental season but some of the furniture is a bit tired - missing drawer handle from master bedroom night stand, a sagging ottoman and a chipped dining room table. It’s functional, though, and I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with wear and tear with rental units Overall: Communication with owner was great and she was helpful. Condo is functional. Compare its location to the sights you want to see and take into account Orlando traffic. I’m sure the owner will work to resolve the ant issue and will hopefully work to fix the temperature issues by providing fans or allowing the unit to go down to at least 70.

Great vacation home

We were very happy with our stay here. The property was conveniently located to the attractions we were visiting. The home was very clean and the kitchen had plently of utentials and dishes. We paid extra to have the splash pool heated and we enjoyed it every night. Overall this was a great experience.
