This retreat feels private, however, you will still have so many things to try nearby! The owner-supplied adult bikes and tennis racquets are perfect for the many bike trails nearby and the on-site community tennis courts. If you're not in the mood for exercise, you can always visit the community-heated outdoor pool or hot tub for a relaxing session.

This air-conditioned retreat offers a nice, screened-in porch with a couple of comfortable chairs, a ceiling fan, and an electric grill. Inside, the living area is full of natural light and is a great place to unwind after a long, fun-filled day. Stream your favorite series, movies, or documentaries on the Smart TV and get ready for a cozy and entertaining evening at home! The modern, eat-in kitchen has all the appliances needed to whip up tasty meals and snacks, and the convenience of having a four-person dining table. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath, access to a small laundry nook, and a convenient desk with a monitor and a printer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
