Peaceful Luxury Condo on Ground Floor -Ventana Canyon Area Catalina Foothills

Walk into our condo and experience a sense of serenity and calm. This private first floor condo is located in the beautiful Catalina Foothills in a luxury condominium complex. Enjoy mountain views and a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The screened in patio functions like another room and is perfect for relaxation and entertaining. It is private with mountain views.
This condo has upgrades that include large windows, stainless steel appliances and all hard surface floors. The living room includes a flat-screen SMART TV with XFinity, built-in sound system and high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen has a water filtration system.
The master bedroom features antique French doors to the screened in porch, mountain views, a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and an in-suite master bath with a walk-in tile shower.
The second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with upgraded kitchenware. Washer & dryer and cleaning supplies are included.
The complex offers two heated swimming pools, a fitness center, lighted tennis court and gated access to the Ventana Canyon trail. Hike on the trail steps from your door or relax and enjoy the sun by the heated pool. Shopping and dining (including a grocery store)are close by and the famous Loews Ventana Canyon resort is right next door. Take a stroll and enjoy dinner, cocktails or their Sunday brunch, voted the best in Tucson. Golfers will enjoy the Tom Fazio designed golf courses next door, as well as the many other courses located throughout Tucson.

Great Stay

Our second time staying here. The condo is great and the amenities are perfect - 24 hour fitness center, pools, hot tubs, pickleball court and private, direct access to a great hiking trail. Couldn’t be better!

A Ventana Beauty

Clean, bright, spacious, well equipped and in a lovely complex with a pool, hot tub and an assigned covered parking spot. Pool towels, full size washer/dryer and comfortable patio were an added plus.

Lovely Tucson Condo

Clean, comfortable condo in a quiet setting near the base of the Catalina foothills. The location is close to great hiking near the Sabino Canyon Rec area, as well as local restaurants and shopping. The unit was well stocked with kitchen basics and paper products. My husband and I stayed for a month and plan to return next year. Great screened in patio that is very private offering wonderful views of the mountains. We even saw several Javelinas from the patio. Loews Ventana Resort is right nearby and an easy walk for lunch or dinner.

I loved staying here in the Catalina foothills. The condo was perfect for me. My sister also spent a few nights. I highly recommend this location in the foothills of the Catalinas. Lisa is great!

This property was in a great complex with wonderful pools and spas. Access to a great hiking trail. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend.

Wonderful unit, location, area. Enjoyed walking out the back gate onto the beautiful Ventana Canyon trail. The manager checked in with us to make sure all was good. Comfortable bed, well appointed unit. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location and complex with many amenities. Very comfortable, nice furniture, everything you need for a great stay. Owner Lisa checked in a few times and is super responsive. Can access the Ventana Canyon trail from the property. A+

Lovely and immaculate condo. Exactly as represented in photos. Host provided everything needed as well as helpful information on the many hiking trails, restaurants and grocery stores. Fall weather couldn't have been more perfect.

Great owner, wonderful communication! So tranquil at the end of the day to go to the hot tub, very clean, very well stocked with all necessities. Great location for hiking and local restaurants. Host had a welcome binder with all locale information. Would highly recommend and definitely return. Thank you for our hospitality!

Great place and great hosts

The condo was beautiful and comfortable from the first day we were there. The location was perfect for anything we wanted to do. Close to shopping, good restaurants, and Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park East was only about a 15-20 minute drive. What made this exceptional was the hosts. Lisa and her husband were quick to respond to any questions we had. We appreciated their attention to details We would love to stay here again,

A great visit!

Our stay in the condo was wonderful! The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The condo is bright and beautiful nestled in the foothills. You can have your coffee on the screened porch and then head to the pool or workout room. Lisa, the host was a joy to work with and available to answer any questions/requests we had. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again soon! A very enjoyable experience!

Catalina Mountains Tucson

Very nice and was a good value. I would suggest replacing the noisy bathroom fan in the smaller bathroom. Also there was a lot of seating inside and out but not very comfortable. The screened in area was a real bonus. The owner was very helpful with info about the area. We will stay there again.

A little paradise

This was the perfekt condo for us! Everything was clean, we had a nice little Patio, where we could enjoy our meals. The heated Pool was just one block away and you didnot smell the chlorine. The only thing, we missed the parasols, because the sun was very hot. Special thanks to owner Lisa, who provided us with a lot of food and also water and coffee. Our best time in Arizona 🌵🤗

The rental was everything we expected and property manager Lisa was great! We had a slight issue with our door lock and she went out of her way to get it fixed and bring us a spare key!! Highly recommend this rental!

Thanks for a lovely week

We travel to Tucson frequently and have owned in the Ventana area in the past. This is a wonderful area to be in and Lisa’s place is totally accommodating for a stay. Since we have family here we don’t have a lot of time for hiking and exploring but will say this location is perfect access to many of the fine Tucson restaurants as well as shopping. We would definitely stay here again as it was comfortable and clean and the bed and bedding was very comfortable - which you can’t always say with rentals.

This Place is Awesome!

Our stay at Ventana Canyon Condos was delightful! The property backs up to the Catalina Mtns, with a trail leading into Ventana Canyon. The property and neighborhood were very quiet. The condo was everything we hoped for, and more. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The living areas were clean and comfortable. And it's always nice to have the laundry in the condo. Our host was helpful when we needed help and left us to ourselves when we didn't. We would definitely stay here again! 5 STARS!!
