Located just a stone's throw away from the famous Clark's Trading Post, this quaint and quiet Lincoln cottage offers an ideal retreat for you and your loved one. During the cooler months, head for one of the area's most popular ski resorts, Loon Mountain or Cannon Mountain. The warmer months can be spent hiking, sightseeing, and playing tennis on the nearby shared courts. At Riverbank's Pemi Cottage, enjoy having access to a playground, a seasonal, heated pool, a picnicking area, and a private chiminea. Complimentary off-site amenities, you can enjoy having access to include a fitness center, a game room, laundry facilities, an indoor pool, a hot tub, and athletic courts. Additional nearby attractions include the Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, Flume Gorge, Lost River, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Highland Games.

Get your fill of rustic charm, dark wood accents, and fun mountain decor in this wonderful home-away-from-home in the heart of the White Mountains! When you have had your fill of outdoor adventure, the interior of this getaway will welcome you home with a TV in the spacious living area to watch favorite movies on, and a full kitchen is complete with an electric stove, full fridge with freezer, microwave, a coffee maker, blender and toaster, so you can easily whip up some tasty meals right at home. This unit is also perfect for longer stays as it has a washer and dryer.

Awesome stay

We stayed here for three nights and four days to go skiing. Great location… Central to everything. Great value- it had everything we needed! And we really enjoyed the extra offsite amenities.

Great location!

Thanks for opening your home to me and my family. This was our 2nd stay at this location and it was just as fantastic. Perfect location close to Loon, ice castle and restaurants. You have all the comforts of home. We had wonderful time and can’t wait to come back next year.

Great place. Was exactly as advertised. Only issue was that the toilet would continually run. Needs a new flapper on the inside to make it stop filling. Otherwise. excellent.

We loved the covience of the location. We went to Clarks Bears and if it hadn't rained we could have litterally walked to Clarks over the bridge that went over the river that separated the road the Cottage was located. It was quiet and very clean. The shower was great and just enough room for 4 people, two adults and two kids. We had everything we needed, towels, dishes, even soap/sponges, laundry detergent, hair shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We met the owner and she was extremely nice and friendly. We were not able to use the pool at the time but they offer you a deal with the use of a local resort pools and their game room facilities which we used and were great! Will definately be back!

Great Location and Very Clean

This cottage was perfect for our stay as it was close to Loon mountain where we went skiing. The full kitchen allowed us to relax and cook dinner every night. Although it was an older style cottage everything was clean and in good working order. We have a family of 5 with 3 children ranging in age from 4-7. Their favorite part was the pool and other amenities located just a short drive away. Along with the pool there was also an indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, gym and full locker rooms with showers. We would definitely stay again if we return to New Hampshire.

This place is Gold! We wish could have found before!

This was our best ever stay any where in US in last 15 years! Everything was just awesome! Owners were so respectful and supportive, everything was well equipped and loaded, such a quite nice lovely place to live by the river! Anytime in future when in NH, this is the place we would stay without even a second thought!

had a great time with my family have been here many times im a older man who is not a big fan of the non personal touch this world is turning into. I got there and got no answer at the main house didnt no what to do but asked a young lady house keeper who went out of her way to help me get my info from the computer and enter the cabin thats 2 vacasa employees i met who where very friendly and helpfull the wkend i stayed last wkend of august every thing went great and after talking to the owner i understand and after being educated by the vacasa workers that wkend lm now a fan of the new changes!

The Perfect Package

This was our 4th year visiting the White Mountains and our 4th different place. But we will stay here again in a heartbeat. We couldn’t ask for anything more, the location, the amenities, roominess, cleanliness; everything was top notch. And of course my husbands most important requirements: a river across the street, full size fridge and air conditioning. And our 5 year old loved the play scape, yard and the pool. Such a great trip, cannot wait to visit again!!

Vintage, Clean, Excellent Spot

The cottage was outdated but very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had plenty of room and we slept like babies in the very comfy beds. The heated pool and the playground were great for my 3 year old. My husband enjoyed sitting around the fire in the evening after a long day exploring the many attractions nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

A RELAXING STAY

This was such a unique and enjoyable stay, and the location was perfect. My 21 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We wish the Internet connection could’ve been a little stronger, but other than that, a great experience!
