Historic Sam Hughes Charmer. Private yard w fruit trees. Walk to UA.
Enjoy this charming 1931 Sam Hughes 2 bedroom with original floors and hip southwestern art. Close to it all, including the airport and walking distance to UA. Seasonal fruit picking with lemons, pomegranate, fig, nectarine. Private back yard and nice front porch to admire the neighborhood. Very walkable area and convenient to bicycle boulevard. Near newly built neighborhood pickle ball courts and swimming pool in summer.
We absolutely loved this house and our stay for a week in March â25. We could walk to the Tucson Festival of Books, and enjoyed the house and garden very much. Zachary has lovely taste â the house has lots of graceful historic touches and is decorated well, and the garden is inviting and interesting. Lots of helpful amenities to make the stay comfortable â big A!
Stayed here for parents weekend at U of A. Very charming historic home. Clean, great AC, great plumbing. Perfect combination of old and new. Friendly and proactive host. Easy check in and check out. Loved that there weren't a bunch of cameras everywhere. Really great experience.
This is an amazing house in a great location. I lived in Tucson 20 years ago and I wanted to revisit for two weeks. This house was perfect for that. Quiet. Great energy. I could walk to Tumerico for great food. I plan to book again when I return in late February.
Well-maintained older home in an historic neighborhood. Loved being able to walk to U of A. Clean. Property was as pictured. Great communication with host. Grocery store close by.
Beautiful and tasteful home on a quiet street and only a mile to UA and 2 miles to the Convention Center. The owner was gracious and was eager to make our stay comfortable.Tastefully appointed interior accented with southwestern art and artifacts. We enjoyed cooking dinner each night and Safeway is a few blocks away. The grounds are pretty with native species abounding. The washer and dryer was handy to allow less clothes packing.
We loved staying in this charming house for our daughterâs graduation. It was a 12 minute walk to the stadium, even shorter to McHale. We took full advantage of not dealing with parking. Plus Safeway is just down the street.
The place was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive. An excellent option in the Sam Hughes neighborhood.
