California's 2nd State Capitol,has a court house downtown, & the Camel barracks museums is nearby, & is full of very interesting local history.Many parks & numerous golfing opportunities. A summer Farmer's Market is on Main st every Thurs. Larry’s produce market in Fairfield & 6 Flags Park in nearby Vallejo.

TRX strap & a Nordic Trak elliptical,& ping pong table.Basketball court w/ adjustable net height.3 very comfortable adult bedrooms w/over-sized beds plus bunk bed bedroom for kids.There is a pac-n-play portable crib & high chair, plus stairway safety gate in bunk closet. 60" 4D TV swivel wall mounted in the great room, w/ ROKU to DIRECTV STREAMING TV w/ numerous added subscriptions-same in master bedroom.Under the TV are many DVD movies, Playstation games, Roku, & Bluetooth sound bar.Please re-sleeve all opened disks.FULL kitchen w/ all the gadgets. Microwave glass pop corn popper for THE best popcorn.Couple ice chests & folding chairs. Propane WEBER deluxe bbq & patio heater,but gas is NOT guaranteed-nearby gas station has trade out replacement bottles, but we do not reimburse. Guest manual has local restaurant menus & points of interest.2 patio tables/w 1 covered & lighted.
PLEASE NOTE:Two story house with ALL 4 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS. All have privacy door locks.The automatic front porch light & hand rail. Sturdy safety grab rails all toilets & showers. Doorbell has camera & monitor.We are set up for a TOTAL OF ONLY 8 guests over 2 years of age. There is a Holiday Inn Express is 3 blocks away to accommodate unplanned for extras. Be aware there is a disincentive fee/penalty of $100/extra guest(s)/day. Please respect our space and our friendly neighbors nearby, who are made aware of our every guests' booking. And we have a city business permit & pay into the city a 13% occupancy tax rate each quarter.

Geane's house was perfect for a stay of any length in lovely Benicia! The kitchen is well provisioned, the living area and bedrooms were very homey and comfortable, and the backyard is a private oasis. Geane was nicely communicative and provided a comprehensive list of hot spots in Benecia. The house is convenient to town and the expressway. We have relatives in town and will definitely be back.

The property was welcoming,clean, well, equipped, lots of games and activities to keep kids entertained.There is a backyard where kids enjoy playing.Its very close to the bridge / exit which is very convenient. There kitchen was well equipped for our daily dining needs. Television had many options to see movies shows.A nice book library to explore while lounging.We had a fun time living here.

Great Benicia Home

Had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was incredibly comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were all very friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place to stay!

Perfect for families!

This house was exactly as described! It is clean and well maintained. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a good kitchen, and large yard this property is perfect for a family vacation. We didn’t use the bunk beds but little ones would probably get a kick out of them! The check in/out process was very easy and the property owner was responsive to questions. The binder with local restaurant menus and activity recommendations was especially helpful. I would caution that this house is not the best for travelers with mobility issues. Not only are all the bedrooms upstairs but there is a step down from the front entryway to the living room and kitchen that multiple members of our party tripped on. It was a very minor issue and one that the property owner mentioned in the listing as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this Benicia vacation rental and would certainly come back for future vacations!

The entryway is a 5’ X 10’ landing that is a step down both to the living room and to the kitchen. We have applied a yellow striped on black 4” wide friction tape around the entire landing for visual and tactile awareness. Thank you very much for your allowing us to host your stay.

My family had a wonderful time here! The house was spacious yet incredibly cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts have thought of everything, from basic amenities to toys and games for kids, as well as thoughtful touches for dogs. The location was great, and the home was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We opened & owned HOME REALTY & LAND COMPANY, a retail full service Realty office, as well Full House Management, a full service residential, office & retail management concern, servicing over 120 doors. We sold both firms to colleagues in 2017. My wife is a retired laboratory tech. Our kids and grandkids are nearby, so we visit our home away from home here monthly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Located an easy near flat walk to downtown. Nearby is the sports bar, Bottom of the Fifth and it feels like Cheers with pool tables, multiple TVs, local sports pageant theme and great bar food. Bart, train & ferry nearby. LYFT /Uber available. Accessible to 4 airports: Oakland Int Airport, San Francisco Int Airport, Sacramento Int Airport, & San Jose Int Airport. Very convenient location to the SF Bay Area's best day trips. Approximate drive times: 45 min to downtown San Francisco via Bay Bridge or 55 minute Ferry ride to The Embarcadero.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There is an onsite binder manual with policies AND local attractions. The front doorbell is a motion detecting audio/video monitor. The 2 rear patio lights are motion and solar detecting if the wall switch at dining room table and in the 1/2 bath are turned on.
We have Alexa to ask all sort of questions and to play requested music. Activate by addressing first by saying “ALEXA” and THEN a command or question. “Alexa, play Van Morrison....Alexa what is the weather today?” Fun toy/tool.

There is a small safe with code inside and first aide kit in pantry closet. Also a fire extinguisher & numerous emergency battery lamps, 2 light sticks & some flashlights. Please do not allow kids to play with them. In the upstairs closet there is a second fire extinguisher & a chain ladder with window hooks for emergency upstairs exit, along with iron & ironing board, and an emergency light.

TV- use the ROKU remote POWER button at top right to turn on/off the TV, the Satellite and the sound bar all at once. There is no on-off switch on the TV. The remote will adjust the volume by side toggle & give you input choices for TV channels, the ROKU or DVD. The DIRECTV streaming choices are via HDMI 3. To watch a DVD, choose DBP-S3700, but once on, it displays as HDMI 2. The sound bar can be adjusted for the TYPE of sound desired, and /or to stream music from your blue tooth device. Please do not download rental titles, or rewire the tv setup.
