Conveniently located off the 321 Parkway in the Mountain Shadows Resort of Gatlinburg, HEART & SOUL is a single level, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath cabin with over 1,400 square feet of charming and cozy spaces. The cabin is nestled in the back of the resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and grants access to resort amenities such as 2 seasonal swimming pools, a playground & a community pavilion.

The property was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities provided. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge & Sevierville. Also, was a short drive to hike in the Chimney Tops. Beautiful in the Fall. The visit was topped off with a bear sighting.

We had an amazing week at this cabin in Gatlinburg! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by its cleanliness and attention to detail. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and jacuzzi after our daily adventures. It's the perfect spot for family bonding and unwinding. We created unforgettable memories here and can’t wait to come back for another stay! Highly recommended!

The cabin was very clean. Which to me is a big plus. The Hot tub did not work for the 1st and 2nd day of our stay. The owners sent someone out to fix the problem. One of the lamps in the living room did not work, the fireplace in kitchen did not work, also a blow dryer for your hair did not work. We did notify the owners but we did not need these fixed right away.

Extremely clean, neat, tidy & fresh. Ease in finding location of cabin. No terrifying roads. Saw a bear in the neighborhood. So exciting! One level cabin was great for my elderly mother. Complimentary k-cups coffee. Great location away from crowds, yet short drive to strip. House fully stocked with everything we needed, had plenty towels, dishes. Jetted jacuzzi was nice after lots of walking. Check in was super easy. Unfortunately we had to endure Slammedenuf & their bad behavior.

Pleasantly Surprised

We loved our stay! Wished we had more nights. The hot tub on patio and outside table sitting area and swing and rocking chair were pleasant to enjoy morning coffee and cocktails. We enjoyed the game machine for a blast from the past and a game all of us could play. Blinds closed well and the rooms was dark so easy to sleep in. Hot tub bath was also plenty big. This place was so clean it was outstanding. We will be back!

Family Vacation

Great family vacation! The cabin was beautiful! This was my son’s first trip to the Smokey Mountains. We had been before with our family when we were younger. The nostalgia was great to experience with our son. We missed Pop (my dad) not being with us since he passed but we knew he was with us in spirit. We were thankful my mom came with us and we enjoyed spending time together as a family. Our son (age 8) loving the cabin (playing pac-man, checkers, the big tub, and hooking up his play station). He loved the Gem mine, Hillbilly golf, Dollywood and going over the mountain. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! The Jefcoat’s/Mitchell’s

Picture perfect weekend

It was the perfect cabin stay for me and my wife's annual January getaway. Clean, roomy, even had the Christmas tree still up which made it all the more better. We will defiantly come back to this cabin. Thank you Shane!

Family Getaway

My family and I loved our stay here. The house was very well stocked on coffee and paper supplies, we didn’t need to purchase anything other than our food for our stay. It was so nice that the house had a high chair and playpen for us to use. And our toddler loved it here. If we went out in town, he kept asking us “can we go back to the house?” Haha. He especially loved the hot tub.

Great cabin!

Super cute cabin, VERY clean, plenty of towels. We had a great time. The only drawback is how close it is to the main road, but if the sound of traffic doesn’t bother you then it’s perfect!

Wonderful cabin

What an amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was just as described. The hosts were quick to respond when we contacted them. We had so much fun in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Came back in the evenings to enjoy the pool to cool off and even used the hot tub. We relived our 80’s childhood and played video games too. So much fun!

Perfect location!

We were in town for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. This cabin was a perfect location for the weekend - close to Rocky Top Sports World and equally close to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and cozy - we loved the 2 fireplaces! Hosts were super quick to respond to an issue we had with the Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again!

Gatlinburg Getaway

The cabin was easy to find and there was no problem getting inside with the keypad entry. The cabin was VERY clean and the kitchen had all the cooking accessories/utensils that we needed. There were plenty of sleeping room for our group of 6. The kids and adults enjoyed playing the video games also. We will let our friends and family know about this wonderful place if they plan on staying in Gatlinburg. The Jesse Family

The hot tube was ice cold never would warm up even after following directions sent at check in. Sent messages with no reply. My daughter needed itafter play ball all day

Soccer at Rocky Top family weekend

We had the most amazing stay in the Smokies! This cabin was situated very close to the Sports park as well as grocery, restaurants and all of our needs. However when at the cabin we were in the midst of the beautiful mountains! Perfect for our family! Everyone loved the classic pac man machine, grandparents, adults and grandson!! All of the notices about bears are real! We had the experience of seeing one searching for food. It was amazing!! Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you

1st time VRBO

This was the 1st time we have ever stayed in a VRBO (or anything similar). Always worried about the cleanliness factor. But let me tell you, this cabin was CLEAN! Outstanding job to the housekeepers! Beds and sheets were extremely comfortable! The pics are a true representation of the cabin! We will definitely stay there again. Thanks!!
