The Space:
Sleep 8 guests and stay in the heart of all the wonderful things the Smokies has to offer at our Gatlinburg home! Bring your dogs and enjoy amazing and secluded-feeling mountain views without ever being too far from the action of downtown Gatlinburg and all the tourist fun of Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and beyond. Super comfy beds and awesome amenities like a hot tub, pool table, bunk beds, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen make this the perfect getaway for groups of all kinds to escape and enjoy the magical mountains and more!

Enhance Your Stay:
We welcome up to 2 dogs (only) to join you with a $200/dog fee and signed agreement paid after booking. If you are traveling with a child and need essentials like a pack and play, high chair, etc., please inquire for a unique link to rent through Babyquip!

Community Notes:
Please be aware that there is a construction project nearby, but it will adhere to local noise ordinances, so it shouldn’t be a major disturbance. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check-in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check-in for any reservations over 6 months.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the house and plenty of parking!

In the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community, you can find the perfect souvenir to remember your Gatlinburg vacation. With over 100 artists and craftsmen, Gatlinburg’s Arts & Crafts Community is a living, breathing tribute to the history of Tennessee. The carvers, weavers, watercolor artists, casters, soap makers, potters, silversmiths and dozens of other artisans skillfully demonstrate their abilities before thousands of visitors. The community is located on an 8 mile loop road that’s designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail.
You are at the doorstep of all the outdoor adventure, family attractions, and memories that the rest of Gatlinburg and the Smokies have to offer!

Getting Around:
Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
